So ridiculously expensive and rude do not waste your time. they don’t disclose anything money wise and if you go in and say you don’t want to pay that much for services and they haven’t even touched your hair they still make you pay $75 to walk out. run!!! they are incredibly condescending and fake.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing !!! I came into the salon with virgin hair and haven’t done anything to it in over 6 years. She is the first hairstylist that has ever listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and got it all done in the first try. I am also so extremely picky so that says a lot! The staff are friendly and the salon itself is so modern and beautifully done! I have gorgeous blonde balayage in my hair now and I couldnt be happier ! On a side note, my hair is still so extremely healthy even though she’s put bleach in it. She is my new and forever hair stylist ! Thank you Stephanie !!

Great friendly atmosphere and beautiful salon. I had a great experience with Trinity, she was very knowledgeable and made suggestions based on what would benefit my hair the most while still maintaining the style I wanted. The prices were great, and the service was amazing.

Got a balayage done by Stephanie yesterday. She gave me honest review of what I want and how it would turn out. I decided to go with her suggestion as my way was damaging for my hair. Even though what I wanted was super hard to achieve in such a short time, Stephanie somehow made it happen. She’s so good at finding out blends and dimensions of the hair. Never met a stylist who cares so much about the results!! Highly highly recommend.

Absolute worst salon EVER! Taya did my roommates hair, told her she can atleast bring her a bit lighter, and her hair doesn’t even look different at all. Yet she still charged her $370!!!! APPALLED. we went in there to talk to the manager and she told us to leave right away! What kind of business is this?! I don’t wish this upon anybody as they are thieves and aren’t willing to fix it.

I’ve been seeing Casi for over 5 years every 4 weeks. I’ve been with her since her early days when she first started her own business that she built from the ground up. She’s an inspiration and a wonderful loving mom to her kids. She’s always professional and sweet. She works so hard for her family. I always love coming to her beautiful salon. It’s more upscale than some other salons which I why I come. I had highlights in my early days with her then went to a darker colour later on. I’ve had extensions for two years. My hair is always beautifully done. I’ve never been disappointed. I just love her!

First of all, I felt very blindsighted by the prices. Be prepared to spend like 400 dollars if you have hair past your shoulders. Secondly I found the staff quite stuck up and condecending. My stylist and her apprentice asked me what type of shampooo I usually use and I replied pantene" and they scoffed and snickered at me. Not all of us can afford to use top products

I got my hair done by Casi today, first time having her be my stylist. I had requested over the phone while booking the appointment that I wanted a senior stylist. I sat down and Casi hadn’t said one word to me until 45 mins after my scheduled appointment. Casi had done my foils, although she was brushing my hair upwards creating knots by my scalp. Casi I guess had other clients so “intern” or student started to take over for about an hour, during that hour the student brushed my hair for 30 mins trying to get knots out and to say the least my scalp is extremely sore and red. The process felt rushed, it was not an enjoyable experience whatsoever. Casi and I discussed money pieces and curtain bangs. I did not get money pieces nor did I even get curtain bangs like I requested. She was rushing So told her to not worry about curling my hair as long as it’s straight and not frizzy. She blow dried my hair and it was frizzy. I paid $511.00 and to be quite frank, the job that was done is not worth $500.00.She was rushing as she needed to leave to pick up her children, she had different priorities rather than me, I didn’t not feel valued as a client spending $500.I’m very beyond disappointed. I’ve never left the salon unhappy until today.Once I got home and saw my hair in normal lighting it was orange. I then emailed the salon asking for a refund as they did not do what I requested they declined. I wouldn’t let anyone touch my hair from this salon again. I’d take your business elsewhere.I will add, I emailed them requesting my money back and they are blaming me for their poorly executed job and they did not communicate hair expectations before or during it. They will only offer me a re tone and hair cut, extremely unprofessional.

Meranda cut and styled my hair and I love it so much! She did such a good job and I got so many compliments. My hair feels so nice and silky, and the she put in such nice long layers. Thank you ambition salon!
