I've been to this store about 10 times the staff are always friendly and quite helpful about different options for similar products. Pricing is comparable to other stores.

I always find what I need. And there so close to my home.

The sales associate is very friendly. Oils are available and healthly for you.My favourite product: Pumice soap.

My first health store. Been coming here since I was 20. Reasonable prices. Staff are warm and helpful.

Charged me list price for a Quest Vitamin. None of the Quest Vitamins had prices on them. Had bought the same Quest Vitamin from this location previously and online. The price was $28.49. The same price that it is now on their website where the list price is slashed for all of the vitamins. Phoned and spoke to the same cashier and told her that I wanted to speak to the manager. Interrupted me and told me that I can get a refund. Like she did at the store. I said no, I want to speak to the manager and left my name and number with her on Nov 9. Do not believe she wrote down my name and number. Have not received a call from the manager. Of course. Phoned back again to say that I have not received a call back. Nobody that works there knows anything about the manager or the owner or has a number for the head office. This goes for every other location that I’ve called. The woman hung up on me. Despite me telling her that I was recording the call. Phoned back the next day and the woman I speak to claims to be the manager but refuses to identify herself and doesn’t know anything about the owner. Is lying. The voicemail for this location, Bramalea City Centre, and Square One do not have their voicemail set up. All I want to do is to speak to somebody that’s actually in charge. This is the most unprofessional company. But you’re not allowed to tell them that. You cannot speak to a manager, the owner, or get in touch with the head office. I left a message online and still nobody has got back to me. Ordered online and there was no problem. Do not appreciate their customers. Fresh off the boat. This location was different before. Was a regular customer but now I’m not.

Love this location. They are always able to get my herbs ordered.

I shop here because the location is convenient. However 3 of 6 times i have been here the sales rep has a be back in 5 mins sign which never actually ends up being 5 mins. Its really annoying and inconvenient.

Horrible customer service at the Centennial mall location(Kennedy & Vodden)Was in the store last Thurs got there approx 6:40pm the very rude cashier was more concerned about catching her bus then helping me. I told her the web page listed the store hrs closing at 8pm..that of course didn’t matter she began yelling at me because she had a bus to catch & I was taking up her time, this of course wasn’t the first time. I shop at that location as it’s convenient for me & is on my way home. I told her I will not go bk there to shop.

Shop here a lot for years, good price and very good product, owner is very knowledegable compare to the staff now.
