I first learned about Rosenberg just over a year ago. A fan on my home HRV failed and the manufacturer of the HRV was no longer in business. I found Rosenberg through a web search and wrote asking if they would deal with end users. I received an immediate reply from Alex Romanov, Director of Marketing. He pointed me to their online store and helped me find a direct replacement for my failed motor. He kept in touch until I had received the motor and my HRV was back up and running.Fast forward a year and a second motor failed. Not only did Rosenberg send me a replacement under warranty, but Jeffery Bonham, a technician at Rosenberg contacted me and provided advice on what to do to get the best service from the motor.All through my experience, Alex and Jeff replied to my pestering emails with patience and professionalism.I can recommend Rosenberg with no reservations.
