I met with your agent Harpinder Grewal this morning (June 12/23) to have my auto insurance renewed. The experience was most pleasant from the moment I entered the office until I completed my renewal. Ms. Grewal was very knowledgeable about my needs, did a good job of trying to up sell me, however I did not require anything else. Very easy to talk to as well. In and out within 15 minutes. Very pleased with her services. I am very happy to give her and the agency a 5 star rating.

Very helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with them. One time I misheard how much my insurance cost, I got a little shocked and asked why. The gentleman helping me went through it and explained the cost and we all had a good laugh about my mistake.

Sukhveer has been helping me with my insurance needs now for many years. She's always been super quick and efficient with her communication, and has helped me with multiple enquiries related to my car insurance's, whether it be renewing, cancelling or adding on a day permit. I don't live in Langley (I'm out in Vancouver) anymore but I still go through her for the majority of my needs for my vehicle, that's how great she is! :)
