Pizzaiolo

I ordered 2 pizzas the other day. One party pizza turned out great. The other pizza however, less than mediocre. Ordered the pizza to be deep dish with extra cheese and sauce. I specifically ordered extra cheese and sauce because I thought it would need it, being deep dish and all. Paid roughly an extra 6 dollars for all this. More than half of each piece of pizza was just dough with no toppings, sauce, or cheese. The first 2 to 3 bites of the pizza was great. But after that, very meh.

I loved this pizza!! Got delivery and it was fast and still hot! I am very picky about my pizza. Especially the pizza sauce, it was perfect! Not too much sauce, and delicious flavours. Love the crust too, not doughy and not too thin. Definitely my new go to pizza place!!

Great pizzas, with amazing crusts. All their different doughs are delicious, and they have a large variety of speciality pizzas as well as custom options. Good garlic bread as well!EDIT: The 1 downside is bad customer service. The guy at the counter was really rude when myself and my mother went to go pick up an order. I totally get things being rushed and not having time to be polite etc, I was a server/cashier too and people need to be more understanding of the fact that they do not owe you niceties- However, this dude was shockingly rude to my mother, who simply asked (very politely) if the sauce was included in our order, and the guy practically barked at her that she can get it herself, pointed at the other counter and told her to leave. I...was actually pretty caught off guard. And when 1 of the sauces wasn't there so we asked for it, he refused to even speak to my mother, just shouted 'marinara' at another employee, got it and threw it on the counter before storming off again. Like...alright then.Sorry but?? Barking at people / being rude and telling them to get their items themselves is...not a great business idea. We literally could have walked out of there with as many sauces as we wanted and paid for none (which of course I wouldn't do, but my point still stands) and nobody would have known- and that employee certainly wouldn't have cared.TLDR: Great food but 1 of the employees is pretty rude - if you wanna avoid that, order delivery or I guess wait until someone else at the counter can serve you. Cause this dude genuinely set off my anxiety pretty badly, and I would NOT go back if I had to order from him.

I've been looking for a pizza place in Hamilton that I really like for 4 years and I've finally found it. The food is highly customizable, they have great toppings like sliced bacon. I've ordered off Ubereats a few times and it was amazing. Started ordering directly so I can better support this place. Get pizza from here its so good!

Pick up order was on time. Service was great. The pizza was amazing to be honest. Nearest location to me was a half an hr drive but it was worth it!

A local business owner ordered pizzas that were not made due to their printer error. I have never experienced such deplorable customer service in my life. Customer service seems to be an issue at this location, per the previous reviews. It is a constant issue that has been brought up. I cannot support a business that does not prioritize customer service, especially in a local community like this.

Very very tasty for a chain. Way above Domino's. Won't even mention other chains.Cooked perfectly. Great sauce. Good amount of cheese.Ordered delivery of a Margherita pizza and then a custom on whole wheat crust with sausage, mushrooms, and artichokes. The sausage is excellent. Artichokes very tender and nicely sized. Basil really came through nicely on the Margherita.Only thing to the owners: you gotta get honey onto the Uber eats menu. Was trying to find honey to add but no luck, it's only on a couple of your pizzas.
