I recently had the pleasure of working with Tea Zujovic, Iris, and Muge from the Akeleus team and I highly recommend it. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service made my rental experience seamless and stress-free.They guided and supported me every day until I got the home I needed, much appreciation for them!

I just got approved for my dream apartment, signed everything yesterday and it's all thanks to Mateo Cariboni. I was so lucky to deal with him since he was always so patient and understanding with me and explained everything with great detail. If he's the one taking care of the apartment you're looking for then you're in great hands.

I am unable to assign a lower rating, and I want to emphasize that my statement is based on objective observations rather than personal opinions. The experience I have had recently has been undeniably negative, to the point where I am questioning whether Canada remains an ideal place for both living and working. It appears that the country has shifted its focus solely towards being a profit-centric business hub, neglecting the welfare of its residents.

It was a great experience to work with Mateo Cariboni, he helped my partner and I secure our apartment with Akelius all while easing the stresses that come with finding a place to call home. Definitely recommend working with Mateo for all your apartment hunting needs.

Well what can I say, AKELIUS it’s an incredibly professional company, specially Tea Zujovic. I got into a situation in which I literally had just 3 days to find an apartment for me, my wife and our puppy… Tea went above and beyond to help us, with great communication. Aside from her, Iris did an awesome job processing the application and elaborating the paperwork once approved.I would like to mention that the day before the key pick up (day 1) my wife realized that I made a mistake and requested the leasing agreement with an incorrect unit number (all of the paperwork was signed at this point) and we panicked since the one I selected by mistake, was an studio apartment which wasn’t big enough for us. I called Tea around 10 pm and she took the call and assured me she was going to do her best to change the contract and get us the one we wanted, and she obviously did the very next day early in the morning, which finally gave us peace of mind after several sleepless nights.Anyway thanks to everyone at AKELIUS involved in the process, you guys are the best!

I was very lucky to deal with Mateo Cariboni!He showed us the apartment on a Friday and we already rented it the next business day. It was a pleasure to deal with him! He is so friendly and helpful! He answered all of our questions about our first rental in Canada. He also helped us to prepare credit report and find a good price insurance.About Akelius in general. Our experience so far has been very good. I had my dishwasher fixed the same day I contacted them. Akelius customer service responded quickly and gave me all the information I asked for.

Akelius is fantastic at renovating their apartments from scratch, and renting them out, however, if you run into a problem as an existing tenant, good luck getting support!! The building managers hardly ever come to the building, and are unreachable without calling the 1-800 number providing a “work order”... The company is known for constructing unnecessary building repairs which give them the right to increase your rent above guidelines, yet not improving your living conditions... They put a lot of effort to welcoming new tenants, just so they can make their living circumstances uncomfortable enough to get rid of them, and welcome new ones at a higher cost, however, if tenants choose to stay regardless the noise, unattended repair request, continual pest control issues etc., they are faces with unnecessary Against Guidlines rent Increase... The buildings Akelius own are in good areas, and the newly renovated apartments are great, but once you run into any issues as a tenant, you're pretty much on your own... Rent at your own risk!

Mateo Cariboni was the first leasing manager that I met in my apartment search process and he was so friendly and helpful that I knew I didn't need to look any further. I decided on the place on the first day of looking and Mateo was very responsive to my questions even through late nights and guided me through the entire leasing process. I was able to get a my lease within a week and completely satisfied with his service. Highly recommend to everyone especially if you are new to this like me!

Former resident of one of their units, only because they had purchased my building.Went 6 months without a working washing machine. Techs kept coming in, see? It works!" Not understanding that it would stop halfway through.Ended up moving out. They only fixed it once I gave my notice.They had been upping rents significantly for new people coming in
