Great company to deal with from start to finish, we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received in replacing our garage door. Tim was very helpful in our decision making on the type of door, color and time frame and Greg and Ted did just a super job on the installation. Thanks so much, we've already noticed a difference in the reduction of traffic noise and cold air and the door looks fantastic. Way to go guys!

We needed a garage door installed in a building we were going to use for storage as the old sliding doors were in no way rodent proof. They fit us in, and did the job well for a good price. Recommended.

It's been a fantastic experience! As a home builder we use Door Service by Moonlight for all our Spec homes and custom builds. They have always been very accommodating and professional. They fix our customers warranty work within a timely matter and often within the next day.

Would not recommend, has been nothing but problems with our install. Between the never ending creeks and moans from the door to one of the rails completely falling out and the 18x9ft door nearly hitting me and our vehicles when it was open…. I would stay away.

Our shop doors needed to be adjusted as they weren'tinitially installed properly. Braydon came out and looked at them and immediately started pointing out multiple issues - this guy knows garage doors, the doors were too tight, binding and not adjusted properly! He was a little past the time frame he was supposed to show up at, but I completely understand they're very busy, because they're good at what they do. Once he got there he immediately got to work and I didn't notice him stop until the job was done. Very happy with the end result. Thank you Tim and Braydon!

The Most amazing Service provider I NEVER seen.We owned Squeeky Kleen Car Wash in Red Deer.Mark is Awesome, knows what he is doing, Safe & Sound, and Fast!!!He will be there when he told you the time, very well acknowledge.Very good personality.AND there is Braydon. I had rented a scaffolding through Innisfail tool and equipment rental and didnt have the right vehicle to load it up so Door Service by Moonlight helped me to haul it to site. They provided their neighboring business a service and also gave a visiting contractor a hand on delivering a project. Thanks guys!!!

I have used Doors by Moonlight Servicing for many years in business and now for my residence. Tim and his service crew are amazing, they always have given excellent service in a timely manner, if you need door service, I would recommend no other.

They did an outstanding job replacing my garage doors. It was quick and above and beyond what I expected. Everything was better quality and a way better price than other quotes I received. Tim was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Door Service by Moonlight to anyone.

I would like to say I'm happy ...... But I'm not first off they came install door and one of the panels were a different pattern . Waited 9 months then they came and replace the one panel . And the door doesn't seal between each panel on a R16 door . Wait 2 more months get a call for them to replace the door. Ask if this is going to be the last time they needed to come . And get a rude don't know untell it's up . So this will be the 5 th time they have need to come . And never once have they offered to give me a discount . I guess my time is free to fix supplier and their mistakes . I can get a door from reddeer over door for 100 bucks less and when I asked them if the door will be good they said absolutely .
