This is our first time using the services of Tri City Roofing Services, and I find them to be very responsive and easy to communicate with, price was reasonable, professional craftsmanship, the boss Mr. Mak was very nice to deal with, can’t go wrong using the services of Tri City Roofing Services.

I discovered that my bathroom fan vented into the attic. I also wanted to have a preexisting 3” vent widened to 4”. I had been turned down by other roofers because the job “ was too small”. Kun at Tri City told me that he would try to squeeze me in ( he was also busy... ‘‘tis the season).He was great! He was professional , pleasant and fair. He discovered other issues with my roof and addressed the most pressing issue ( raccoons had eaten some piping / seal around the vents and posed a serious leak threat) in addition to the original job I commissioned him to complete.Based on my experience with Tri City Roofing. I highly recommend this company and Kun Mai to address any roofing needs.

I called to repair shingle. They came and said they did not have the same color so they suggested to put a different color. I said I can buy new shingle from shops then they said they could not wait. I suggested to buy myself and they could install another time but they said they were busy and would not come back. So they just left.

Kun and his team replaced my roof and my connected neighbor in a single day. He was clear and honest about issues that needed to be addressed with the roof board. He has a growing reputation in my neighborhood for being good at his work and standing by it. My neighbor and I are happy with the work and cost tri-city provided.

We used Tri-City Roofing and Aluminum by chance when we spotted their truck on the road and decided to quickly take a picture of their phone number. They replaced all of our aluminum around the house (big house) and eavestroughs. They are the most incredibly hardworking crew we have ever experienced. They worked long hours and got the job done in a week when everyone else quoted 3 weeks. They were extremely well priced and fair as we reached out to other companies and got several other quotes. Considering it was a huge job these guys came in significantly lower than the others. They even did the aluminum around the dormers which had a huge slope on the roof. They were amazing!!! Their work was exceptional and they were very clean!! No nails/screws found on the driveway. Thank you Tri-City!! We are truly blessed to have had such a hardworking and professional crew like yours to complete our big job. You guys are nothing short of amazing!! Highly highly highly recommend!!! A++++

My parents used them over 10 years ago and they were amazing then. So, when we needed our roof to be done I called them. We recently did our roof and a solar tube which looks amazing. The roofing really looks nice compared to the old style. The team was quick and professional. I would recommend them.
