I just received my first delivered bouquet from Lena yesterday. Delivery man was super cute & friendly, Lenas attention to detail is so spot on and the flowers are lush and huge! Lena is absolutely amazing. She not only brought my vision to life, she exceeded my expectations. I had guest fighting over centerpieces and even had one stolen haha. Hi Y'All! Lena's Floral Designs is amazing! I live in Phoenix AZ & my fiancé lives in Ontario Canada...his Mum passed away yesterday and I was able to order this stunning arrangement on there site last night, with a card (which they hand wrote for me inside it) and it was delivered first thing the next day! My fiancé said it was beautiful and everyone loves it...I will definitely use this florist again...hopefully on a less sad occasion.

We were given a recommendation Lena by our wedding planner. I reached out twice by e-mail using her website to set up a consultation and she didn't respond so my wedding planner told me to reach out to her by Instagram. When I sent her a message by Instagram she did set up a meeting with me on a Sunday but wouldn't give me a time. When the day came I messaged her and she bailed, and only after I messaged her to see if we were still on for the meeting did she let me know she wouldn't make it. I set up another time with her on a Thursday and she no showed again! By this time I was really fed up with her and we were cutting it very close to getting a florist, so I expressed my frustration to my wedding planner but she was insistent on going with Lena because she said her florals are great. So eventually my wedding planner reached out to her herself and pushed her to have a meeting with me. She was nice enough on the phone call, then after we hung up sent me an estimate for $8500, which was way above our budget and she knew that on the call, so she wasted even more of our time.After all that running around just to get her on a phone call she gave us such an exorbitant estimate that we ended up going with another florist who charged us less than that but more importantly was so much more accessible to get in touch with. I was absolutely disgusted and livid with her lack of professionalism with simple tasks like responding to e-mails and messages, and showing up for consultations. I felt she didn't want to be bothered by our wedding for some bizarre reason. Don't even bother reaching out to her.
