First Step Daycare has provided some of the best services money can buy. I love their program & how well the Team works together. This was my child's first time experiencing any type of child care and he has enjoyed every moment of it. The teachers are very patient, attentive, and very sweet. I especially love how kind and caring Aalia is. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible service. Only after money.

Both my children attended this daycare and I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare. All the staff are very professional, the manager Aaliyah was the absolutely best. She would get down to the children's level and empathize with them, my boys loved her. I use to be an ECE back in the day before I started my own family, I highly recommend this facility.

This is a great facility, the building is new, the staff are very professional and welcoming. I believe this is one of the biggest daycares in Abbotsford with amazing facilities, games and books. I loved that everything was new, clean and very well maintained.

When we got a call from this place last week, my husband and I were super excited to finally find a place for our daughter, as a lot of places we applied for, we're still on the wait list. I was scheduled to come in for a tour, confirmed on the phone as my husband wrote down the date and time in his calendar. We paid for a baby sitter and my husband took time off work for both of us to see the place, only to be told that the manager wasn't in, our names weren't written down, and that we need to reschedule. No explanation as to what happened, or try to accommodate us since we were already there, at a time they had set for us the week prior. I drove for an hour and half there and back for literally nothing. Poor poor communication. Abysmal.

very bad service, every time i come they ask me to leave my number and they will call but never see them call, i came 3 times total
