I’d been to Calgary Jewellers and David Yurman, both were lacking in what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I was calling around with my fiancé trying to find something perfect. Marie called me back and I told her what I was looking for, she let me know they have a few options available and I went in. When I got there, she had all the rings set out and ready for me to choose from. My fiancé and I both immediately saw the perfect ring! Not only were the stones natural (so rare) but the ring was the best priced of all the stores/boutiques we had visited (even rarer). The service is 10/10, the quality is impeccable, and the pricing is unrivalled. By far the best jewellery store in Calgary, my fiancé and I will be coming here for all our future jewelry needs. Marie is exceptional at what she does. She was exactly what I needed after visiting numerous chain stores and feeling defeated. Marie listens and recommends options within budget and doesn't look for the upsell. She is genuinely excited about the whole process and put my nerves to rest. I knew viturally nothing about engagement rings and Marie steered me in the right direction (many times) resulting in a beautiful ring that my fiance loves.I will be returning to Marie in the future as she is an absolute star! Marie is WONDERFUL. My fiance and I had been in a few times previously just browsing with my parents, and when it came time for our wedding bands, Leno was one of the places I wanted to inquire with about getting a custom band made to match my engagement ring. Low and behold, petite Marie had just taken her maternity leave and was out of the store! However, the others in the building (optical and spa) were able to put me in touch with her via email, and even though she had just had a baby and had her hands full, she was able to give me a quote and chat with me about my desired design.We immensely appreciated her taking the time to help us out, and to be so incredibly friendly and accommodating the entire way. I ended up ordering my custom wedding band and Marie was able to make it into a reality. I just picked it up today and it is EXACTLY what I wanted, even though I literally had no reference material and had never seen anything quite like what I wanted. She was able to work around our work and life schedules even while on maternity leave and was a huge pleasure to work with. Professional, efficient, precise and bubbly are all words I would use to describe Marie. One would be hard-pressed to find a finer sales consultant in Calgary to walk you through the process of shopping for a ring. We have been going to Leno Jewellery for a number of years now. Marie is always super friendly and we find the selection of jewellery does change everytime we visit. Marie has always been able to find the jewellery we are looking for and the price always good. If you give her a budget, she generally will work within. Marie also sells on consignment so if you're ever wanting something, check if she has it because some of the items that come in have never been worn so you can often get a better deal than buying brand new.
