We went to this branch for purchase today. There are lot of good stuff for kids and offers. But I am giving a low rating since after we selection of displayed item on counter when to pay the cashier said we can't sell the item due to some technical issue. So pathetic experience we even requested to give the item without offer also since really liked the item.we waited for sometime to request the member in store to check with their seniors to get the item then also denied to give the itemWe felt really bad

I purchased $200 worth of stuff yesterday. When the cashier was ringing up my items she said the jacket is regular price. While leaving I saw the rack sign buy 1 get 2nd $10. I had purchased 1 since I didn't see the sign and the cashier didn't bother to tell me either that I can get a 2nd for $10. I went back and confirmed if the 2nd would be $10 and she said yes. So I said I want to buy the 2nd too. She said you already purchased and it has to be on the same transaction" if you have a promotion why not let the customer know when clearly you saw everything else I bought in pairs? Totally deceiving"
