When I first had it around the time they were just open, it was meh. However, I gave them second chance and it was good! Ordered cream cheese black tea and jasmine green tea. Finally they redeemed themselves.

I don’t like this olace to be honest. The bubble teas i tried are brown sugar fresh milk with tapioca and regular tea. I did not like any of those. I think chatime’s teas taste better. The person who took our order was not friendly and seemed like he did not want to be there. I will never go back.

Tiny little shop but was fun to try it for first time with trying bubble tea. Tasty flavor options to pick from. I had the brown sugar chocolate milk tea with the pearls.. so good!

My experience here as a person who can’t have milk was pretty bad.With all due respect… I had to ask the guy like 5 times before it was understood I wanted an option with soy milk.The menu wasn’t helpful either, maybe mark the drinks that can be made with soy milk so people can tell and just indicate “hey I want this one with soy milk….”I got my tea and I honestly hope it was soy milk but I’m not even sure I trust this place anymore :(

Ordered the Jasmine green milk tea, added tapioca. Was delicious, you can taste the jasmine-ness of the tea. Very clean interior, aesthetic with white colour palette.

This place has, hands down, the best pearls in the city. It’s a must add to your drink as not only are the pearls very chewy and soft but also sweet themselves.I always get the pearl milk tea no matter where I go for bubble tea, and the one made at White Alley is excellent. There is just the right amount of sweetness and tea flavour. There is only one size available for the drinks but they have the standard ice level and sugar level customizations.Simple storefront with clean tables and multiple areas for seating.I recommend dropping by if you haven’t already and try out their drinks.

Staff are fast and friendly. I got the Shizuoka Matcha Cream Green Tea with a generous serving of tapioca pearls and grass jelly. The pearls are smaller and a little softer than normal, and they're quite sweet so go for one sugar level down from what you usually get. The tea flavour is nice and strong. The cream is saltier and cheesier than most bubble tea places which I prefer, more like a mascarpone than whipped cream. I'll definitely return to try more flavours!

Easily the best bubble tea place in halifax. The service is superb. The tapioca pearls are soft and squishy. Other places I've tried around the city simply don't compare.
