If you are looking for cheap work this is the place you want to go. Thick, uneven, sloppy, no pride, and unfinished. Nail polish isn't covering the whole nail and has uneven coats. Uneven powder and when filling it not get under or on the sides of the nails leaving for rough and thick edges. I had to go purchase my own file to get them somewhat presentable.Will never go there again.

The lady that helped me was a SUPPERSTRAR, I was supper relaxed when she was busy with my feet and she did exactly what I asked for, for my nails, showed her what I want and she did it. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, but you will definitely see me again.

Yesterday me and my friend went there for pedicure and arcylic nails. They did great job for pedicure, for nails when i told to lady about my nail like its not looking good can you please change it and she was like go to somewhere else if you didn’t like our nails, really bad service and they didn’t respect customers at all, they are talking in their language in front of customers. When i wants to pay for my pedicure then they overcharged me for that. Really bad service. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Very nice lady, fun, and helped me create the nails I had in mind. BUT while my hand was in the light I saw a bug crawl into it. IT WAS A COCKROACH! She took the light and shook it out. Then continued. Another one came. Ugh I was so disturbed. I risked it to get a pedicure because I really needed one. I regret it. Pedicure was good. Her work was great but I was so grossed out and felt creepy crawly like what if I bring one of those things home... ugh. Went and payed $113.00 plus I tipped her. No discount for bugs being there. She told me she knew they were there and since they don't bite she never thought to do anything about them but tried to reassure me that she was going to call an exterminator... I won't be going back.

I love my nail design, the nail tech Yen is very professional and friendly, I'll be back again.

WARNING!! Charged for extra services we didn’t ask for or we’re informed about.My friend asked for only a Pedicure, and I only asked them to fill my acrylic nails. Website says Pedicure costs $30, and filling Acrylic nails is $22. It was our first time getting a Pedicure in particular, so we did not know what it consists of. We walked in expecting to only pay this amount, however we were charged for extra services we didn’t ask for, and we were not informed that these services were chargeable.My friend received an extra 10 minute massage, add on of some “Volcanic ash moisturizer routine”, and shellac nail polish. Again, we thought this was what a usual pedicure looks like so we didn’t know to question it. We were not asked if we wanted 2 of the services that were added on. Only the Volcanic ash which she mentioned was just $5 more, and we agreed to it expecting a total bill of $35 + tax.I on the other hand got my nails filled, and then she painted then with another colour. Again, I thought this was part of the procedure because I was not informed that painting a colour would cost extra. I expected to have a total amount of $22. The website also doesn’t specify anything.When it came time to pay, we took the bill together and it came out to $99.75. And when we asked why it was so high, she finally told us about the hidden charges.We would have been happy to pay for any service if we were only informed of it. Advice to others: make sure you confirm what you want and the price.
