We were in a pinch and needed a car ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances.I called the dealership and was told that they had inventory on the lot. We went in the next day, found one we liked and were in that car within a week! Great service from all staff! I will for sure recommend them to friends and family.

Do not pay for anything here unless you have the product in hand or record while the sales person is promising you when you can receive the product. It is very dishonest business. I visited this place to buy a part I was looking for repair my vehicle. I asked the manager of parts and he said they have that part in stock and I could receive the very next day and I need to pay on that day. I trusted the part manager and paid. I visited there again from Brampton to pick it up and then the same person told me “ Who told you to come today? We will call you when we receive the part.” They didn’t have the part but lied to me to pay then made me to wait forever. I waited more than 10 days and decided to get the money back since I couldn’t wait forever paying for parking of my vehicle at the garage. I visited there to get refund for my payment for the part I have never received then the payment part manager refused to refund and said “ Do you think it is Walmart?” If it were honest business, they inform you they can’t give me the product as they promised and give refund. I reported to the ministry of government and consumer service about their violation of a consumer protection law. I saw other reviews having hard time from this business. I recommend you guys report.

I paid almost $3400 for four new Michelin winter tires and wheels, which I knew that I had paid $400 more than other company, just wanted a good service.After four tires were replaced, I found those four winter tires were not looked new, when I asked them the manufacturer date, the guy refused to tell me, and said he can measure the tires only, and he measure it, what a joke he can tell a tire a new one or a used one by measuring! you do not need to do this , just to show us what a new tires looks like inside your showroom.The manager told me that “we do not want to provide you service anymore!”I have to talk to Michelin Canada last night to ask for the manufacture date because those four tires were not looked brand new at all. with the help from Michelin Canada, I checked the DOT number, two of four winter tires were from Feb,2021, two of four winter tires has no DOT manufacture number at all! what was happened to this two tires?? those two DOT was 0221 and 0321.Is there any body wants to change a 2 years old winter tires with 10% more money from a dealer compare to other company? sorry, it is still one week later to its 2 years birthday.Even a brand new winter tire will have 6 years life time, and the two winter tires they installed to me have 4 years time only that I can drive. how about the other two winter tires without DOT number? how many years that I can drive?we called Nissan again, their service manager refuse to answer the questions why we pay the price for brand new tires but got two years old winter tire, and why there were no DOT manufacture numbers on the other two winter tires.Their service manager insisted that they installed what they got delivered by their tire warehouse. as to 6 years life time winter tire product, should the tire company to let the dealer noticed that they will ship to you some two years old winter tires ahead?My four winter tires pressure @-4C temperature was 30--31--31--34 psig, which should be 35 psig, what a careless job your guys have done?There is no respect since the customer started to have quality concerns. sad to say this, but it is the fact!

We went to look at new Nissan Sentra I called earlier to check if they have anything avalaible they told me they have couple of 2023 vehicles arround 27000 so we came all the way from Toronto to check the vehicle we liked the vehicle when it was time to purchase the vehicle the salesman was very unprofessional no greeting nothing also the vehicle price was now 35000 because they had already included window tints, mats, liners and extra they were charging ceramic tints - $600 to $ 700 which is right now arround $ 200 in the market. When we said we didn’t want these things because they were overcharging the salesman told us that they have already included these things??? Why would you include these things already?? I understand that’s how dealership makes their money but there is a way of selling these if the salesman had sold us and explained us those things then it was fine and we may even have bought it as we already wanted to buy the extra warranty on the car but forcing down these things on a newer vehicles should be illegal. Also, the front lady was professional and nice but the salesman was one of the worst salesman I have ever met felt like he didn’t wanted to help us or even talk to us. Personally, me and my freind felt that the behaviour of the salesman was racially motivated as we are people of colour.Well I would tell the people of color to avoid this dealership if possible

I picked up a new-to-us pathfinder yesterday and had incredible sales service from Craig Hallas. I started shopping for a vehicle in January and was terribly frustrated with the experience and gave up after a few weeks. As a woman who doesn’t know very much about automobiles and not being exactly certain about what I was looking for, I often felt belittled or bullied. I stumbled upon this dealership because I was interested in a specific listing. It was not the right vehicle to fit my needs but with Craig’s patience I now have a vehicle that checked all the criteria I didn’t even have a firm list of yet. He listened and made suggestions without being offended if I dismissed them. I dropped into another dealership on the same road after my initial visit with Craig and I was made to feel that I was interrupting their day. I left and returned to Craig to look at more vehicles. After that I came home and took a look at the auction site which is where I had made our last couple of purchases and decided to return to the dealership yet again. While I may not know much about vehicles, I do know value and I believe that I got good value with what is now parked in my driveway.

Had another great experience buying a vehicle from Greg. That makes 3 so far. This time my wife traded in her 2008 Nissan Altima, (which she had boughten new, from this dealership) for a 2017 Nissan Murano, and here's the kicker. The SUV only had 57,000 kms on it's 6 cylinder engine! That's like 10,000 kms per year, and along with documented service records, it was a steal! I knew it, and they knew it too! I bought it pretty well on the spot!I will always shop here first for a vehicle. There are no high pressure sales tactics at this dealership, as they don't work on commission. All the salesmen were actually having a sales meeting, when we were there. So we were helped by Leasing Manager, Craig Hallas. Craig introduced, and sold us on the Murano! Business Manager Sue Vann (Greg's sister) gave us some great deals on add ons, and took care of the financials. And Sales Manager Harvey d'Agincourt explained how everything worked! If one were looking for a Nissan, and wanted a reliable and reputable dealership to deal with. I'd give Greg Van Nissan a call first.
