I went there around midnight and try to order food from drive thru ,girl told me it’s gonna 15 minutes more because we r cleaning,when she start yelling on me,why u come again and again to order the food.i just went there first timeBad experience

Food is good at location but constantly at approximately 2:00 a.m. they take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for two simple burgers. This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done to improve upon this.

Absolutely had to throw this out. Why did I receive a hamburger with a bite removed from the beef patty? Yuck. Too scared to find out what critter or person did this but after driving 40 minutes to get home I couldn't drive back to get a refund.

I purchased A&W Burgers for myself and my family. We seldom have burgers, but whenever we do, it is always very delectable. I find their fries to be so good paired with ketchup and mayo. The sever was quiet pleasant, which enhanced my experience. Thank you again, A&W team, for the great service.

This A&W has made me like the food again. Everything was fresh and tasted really good and hot. Their coffee and hot chocolate have definitely stepped up since I was last at an A&W. This location is 100x better than the location down the street at Rymal and Centennial.

I placed my order today and then The person who took my order made my burger and pack my water but she did not wash her hands when she took my order and start making the burger basically she was doing drive-thru and taking front order but when she was making my burger she did not wash her hand at all

Customer Service is HorribleLady at Window has bad attitude of customer service tonight at 2:00 am on January 8, 2023She could have told us before ordering at the window that we would have to wait approximately 10 Milford the orders and that the orders would take some time. They had two employees and could not bring food to car likeMcDonald’s. They were not prepared. After taking the money we were told to come around the keep drive thru and wait more than 8 minutes with other people having to go through the same hardshipI and my family are regular customers at A&W and now I will not be going to A&W especially this location!!!!She

Food is the run of the mill quality. Still better than Mcd's and Burger ting. They know they can do better if they wanted. Its always about money..
