The optician who assisted me was very helpful, thoughtful and proficient with selecting a couple styles of everyday frames as well as a new safety frame for work. All of them fit well and looked amazing that it became hard to decide on a winning frame but with the help of the staff and a couple moments of sheepishly admiring myself in the mirror I was able to find two amazing frames. My appointment with the ophthalmologist was equally great. The doctor was very kind and insightful with reviewing the examination and answered all my questions regarding the health of my eyes. KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM HERETwo years ago my daughter went here for her eyes and I just found out her prescription is wrong this hole time, and vary pushy staff and on top of that during covid they tried to get me to send a picture of her eyes from my tablet to check her eyes for75 dollarsSCAMMMM!!!!

I accidentally stepped on my glasses and broke them. Advanced Vision replaced the frame and lenses in a short period of time and now I'm back to work. I love my new glasses. Many thanks to the Advanced Vision staff and their products. You are an amazing team!

I wish I got the names of the doctor and girl with tattoos that helped me choose my glasses! They were both super helpful and very educational. Best place to go to for fashionable glasses and an eye exam.

Read the fine print. I did not know that the over priced prescription was only good for one year and the office was unapologetic and unhelpful when I called in an emergency situation to have the prescription extended (was less then 2 months past the year) in order to have my broken glasses replaced. Severely disappointed.

It’s the right place to get your vision checked!The team was organized and kind. Paula was the person I first encountered. She was thorough and kind as well. Dr.Salaba was kind and thorough too. He spent the time with me to explain the result of my tests, the prescription that I need and why, as well as what eye care I need. Strongly recommend this place.

Disappointing customer service. Have been using their service for a few years and have never had to go back for assistance, until today. A screw came out of the arm of the glasses. Dropped in for a quick fix-put in a screw and tighten. Was told to leave glasses and come back tomorrow. I pressed a little bit and then the receptionist asked someone. Again was told they couldn’t help me until later on in the day. How can someone see without their glasses?I wasn’t expecting to take over someone’s appointment, was just wanting a minute or two to help me out of a. difficult situation. Not sure why the receptionist couldn’t have done anything as basic as adding a screw.I’ll be finding another eye care centre. Don’t expect too much from their customer serviceUpdate: in follow up to the reply, I’m not interested in having to go without glasses so the offer to book an appointment to put a screw in the arm is not helpful. Another optometry office helped me and I took no more than 5 minutes. That is where I will take my business.
