An absolutely incredible experience, from start to finish! After being put through a rigmarole with a few other insurance companies in our attempt to acquire a fair commercial vehicle insurance rate (honestly…it was starting to feel like administrative “root-canal”), Cathy at Brad Sproxton Desjardins came to our aid and saved the day! It was genuinely an absolute pleasure speaking with her. Between her knowledgeable expertise, quick communication to any (and all!) questions we had, her kind demeanour, and the amazing insurance rate provided, I had zero reservations starting a commercial vehicle insurance policy with Desjardins.
