Had a very hard time in Bradford Service Ontario. There is a bad atmosphere in there. They didnt seem interested in helping me, too much work or something. I came up here to Barrie, everyone was pleasant and had a smile. I noticed a nice atmosphere standing in line.They went out of their way to help with my issue. Issue solved.Thank you!

The lady, the service Ontario representative at the front desk was awesome and made my experience pleasant. I was at the front door of ServiceOntario in Barrie on Burton ave. at 8:45 a.m. I was 7th in line. When the door opened at 9 a.m.there was already 15 people waiting. After 11am would be better.

Bad experience here today. Blond haired employee sitting in the middle, was conversing for almost 15 minutes talking about a lost purse.Customers in the lineup are joking about how long it is taking the two drama queens to get thru which should have been 5 minutes. Us, the customers almost ordered pizza while in line.customers were talking of ordering a pizza while we're waiting in line up as the lineup was now almost outside. Then it became my turn, and is my bad luck went, I got the same employee. I needed to bring a bank statement in as proof of ID. This same employee attempted to tell me it wasn't a bank statement when that's exactly what it was stamped on the top of it.. fortunately for me I also had a hydro bill with me which she didn't expect.. I'm sure she must have overheard us talking about the two drama queens and so she purposely tried to make our lives miserable today.I had to smile at the sign on their glass office window that asked customers to be polite! She should read her own sign!!! These employeesSeem to burn out fast here as the faces are always changing.

I had a messy bit of paperwork that had to corrected for my son. Krista was exceptional in her patience with us and unbelievably patient. It took a long time to make everything right again but she went to great length to make sure it all got corrected. I will go no where else after this great service!

Went in to get my car plated… first person I spoke to told me there would be no charge for a new ownership because I’m just adding a new plate to the ownership. So he sent me to fill in some paperwork off to the side. 2 mins later after filling the paperwork out and went to the next available person “operator 8” I was told there was a charge. After explaining that your coworker just told me there was no charge for this, he smiles like a goof and says “do you want it, then you’ll pay” very disrespectful. The madd magazine curly haired kid at the counter needs to learn manners or be fired. Will be making a complaint to Ontarios business complaint department (which is oddly posted on their bill board)

Went today to update home address for my drivers license. Arrived at ~9AM, waited for about 20 minutes in the line probably due to the fact that it was Saturday and it is one of a few locations that operates on Saturdays. So far, it’s been a great experience, service was provided quickly and quality was excellent. Kudos to the staff there, personnel seem to be professional and knowledgeable at what they are doing. Thank you!

Thank You Nancy MIt took 3 visits to get it done but we did it. Great advice and lots of patience. :)

It's my first visit to this location @ 271 Burton Ave, unit 21, I'm very impressed with the staff working speed. At first I was not sure about walking in without an appointment to serve my purpose which I had faced in Toronto, but this location and the staff change everything, the door opens at 9:00 am, there's around 10 people in front of me, I came out in 15 minutes holding the paper in my hand. Being new in Barrie this is a very good sign that I made a good decision.

The first time we showed up for our scheduled appointment. They were closed with no notice. Not even an email or anything and we live in another town. The second time we arrived for our appointment and they turned us down even though we had federal Identification. All our ID was with us. They didn’t approve our mail as proof of address. The lady who was teaching was incredibly rude to both my husband and I. It’s amazing to me how they treated a military vet and his family after serving in MB for five years. You would think they could at least give us and our toddler health cards.
