Sport Chek

I lost my receipt and was going to do an online survey but I’ll write it here:Went in for new running shoes and Sean was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to find me the perfect pair that suited my feet and my athletic needs. This store is very lucky to have this young man working there. I highly recommend seeking out his services when looking for new shoes!

Natasha was extremely helpful today and even called another location to look for a pair of shoes that I really wanted. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly I was looking for ( Dwayne Johnson’s shoes) and when they didn’t have my size, she immediately knew which location did and put them on hold.Thank you Natasha! All the best!

Staff always give their best to make you feel unwelcomed and discriminated! I asked if i could use the fitting room and was told that I couldnt , on the other hand locals can use fitting rooms freely ... I will tell this story everywhere! And never forgot the the way you treated me !

Would have been 5 stars if the two blond ladies at the cash register were as customer service focused as Alex who helped me find a new pair of shoes for my daughter. He was amazing, he asked what he could help us with as soon as he saw us!The ladies at the front counter made me feel uncomfortable with their attitude.Thank you Alex!

It is a very large store, it has affordable prices, it handles a variety of discounts, the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

Ruined my skates. Never go here for a sharpening. Plus, everything’s overpriced. Just stay away period

I have to say I just called the store, it rang twice and immediately someone picked up. It was an actual human, blows my mind! Right there this deserves 5 stars. I was curious about a sale ending today and wondering what Sport Chek in Burlington is the larger location. I was told the Guelph Mall location is probably a little larger but it appears that they are both similar. Growing up in Oakville, I always went to National Sports and or Corbets (wonder if that place is still around). Anyhow, it is really nice to have 2 Sport Cheks in Burlington and I have visited both locations but it’s been a while since I have been to the Appleby one. I have always been more than satisfied with their customer service, the appearance of the store and they do often have some decent sales. They carry almost everything sport related you can think of. Now let’s all remember… You get what you pay for and even though some of these items I have purchased have been expensive, they hold up and are good quality!

Purchased a new bike and got servicing (new chain and air etc.) on another bike that I had. Honestly, the best experience ever- bike servicing techs go above and beyond - especially in a pandemic with curbside pickup! Took their time to explain how the bike works, let us test it out and gave us tips. The servicing was so quick and exceptional! Thank you!

My husband and I went to the Appleby Sport Chek to buy a bicycle for my 8 year old son. He out grew his previous bike and we wanted to get him a nice bike to ride during the summer. The employee that assisted us was very friendly and helpful. They inspected the bike, checked the brakes, tire pressure etc. We purchased a bell and waterbottle holder which they installed for us too at no extra cost. We recently bought a bike for our daughter at Canadian Tire and even though their staff was equally friendly they did not offer this service. The Sport Chek manager even came over to assist and went to get us a selection of water bottles himself when we showed interest in purchasing same. We did also sign up for a Triangle Mastercard while we were there and that might be the reason for all the attention. But none-the-less I was very impressed and plan to purchase all my bikes there in the future. It is also worth it to say they have a 1 year bike warranty.
