Went in on April 5th. No cashiers, only self-checkout. If you are going to be that cheap and not have at least one cashier, then at the bare minimum you should have an attendant at the self checkout. When trying to pay for my items, it kept saying insert card" even though it was. Tried a few more times

Very annoying that it doesn’t show where items are located, via their website. Especially because the people working there are sometimes so hard to find.A quick trip there would have taken three minutes of their stock was listed by location, as Home Depot does, but instead took 20 minutes to search for the item and find a person there to show you.

The staff was really helpful. On Sunday 26th March 2023, my basement flooded, and Leyla Glenn (lumber manager) was extremely helpful. She assists us the entire way until we are finished and thumps up all the way.

I don't visit Lowe's that much because homedepot is literally a 2 minute walk from my house. However, I came here to try to pickup some soil (on sale) and a storm door part and some shoe boxes. Unfortunately they didn't have the storm door puller and the soil was sold out, but I was super appreciative of the effort that Rudy made in trying to locate the items for me. He walked with me all around showing me where everything was and what items were center isle. Never had a home improvement person go out of their way to ensure I didn't waste a moment of my time searching for things before. As well, Rudy was honest, intelligent and logical when I was interacting with him. Thanks Rudy! Give that man a raise!

Very disappointed in the service I was provided today..went in buying a gift. I Go in and looking for the reciprocating saw for 139 dollars on saleI Asked the clerk on duty if it was the correct item, and they said yes.Ok great thanks . I Walk up to the counter and was told it was 319 dollars.So now they try and find the correct item.. Proceed to wait for 20 mins while they try and find the product...Finally they find it and I payed and leftPoint in the matter..The clerk I asked the first time should have made sure I had the correct item before going to the check out..Please improve on displaying and making sure there is items on the floor for purchase..

Just don't buy the extended warranty. Although the staff at this location really try at being helpful, neither Comerco nor Lowe's fully understand the process. Lowe's charged me for coverage for one appliance but it should have been two. Two months later, this still hasn't been fixed. I've spent many hours on the phone trying to sort this out with Comerco and the staff at St Albert Lowe's. In the end needed to go back to Lowe's to get a refund and repurchase the correct coverage plan, which I had suggested when I first noticed the error. In the end, I'm still dealing with Comerco to get them to add the other appliance. Lesson learned: Just go to Costco, it's not worth it.
