About the Business
Kimchi Sushi offers a wide range of excellent Japanese and Korean dishes, from classic sushi, sashimi, and tempura dishes, to Korean dishes like Bibimpap, Bulgogi, and more.
To start your meal, we recommend trying one of our appetizers, like Sunomono Salad, a tasty combination of Japanese starch noodles, pickled cucumbers, and your choice of topping in a rice vinegar dressing, or Oyster Motoyaki, a tasty combination of fresh spinach, mushroom, and oyster, served on a half shell with miso mayo. One order comes with two pieces.
For the main course, you can’t go wrong with our Assorted Tempura, six pieces of shrimp and thinly sliced vegetables in a crispy batter. Some of our popular rolls include the California Roll, Bakudan Roll, Aslaka Roll, Chopped Scallop Roll, and Unakyu Roll. We also have several vegetarian rolls, like the Avocado Roll, Spinach Roll, and Yam Tempura Roll.
If you’re looking for something more adventurous, try our Caterpillar Roll, a delicious blend of eel, cucumber, and masago, wrapped with avocado and special sauce, or Sexy Sake Roll, a delicious specialty roll loaded with avocado, cucumber, masago, mayo, crisp-fried shrimp, tempura crumbs, and lettuce, topped with salmon, potato, and special sauce.
For our Korean dishes, our Hot Stone Bibimpap is a signature Korean dish you mix yourself, made with blanched marinated vegetables, rice, served with your choice of topping and special sauce, and prepared on a sizzling-hot stone. Or, try the classic L.A. Kalbi, char-broiled beef short ribs marinated in a house special sauce, served with kimchi, bean sprouts, and daikon.
