When I spend good money for my wife to go get her nails looking all sexy. Usually you expect them to stay looking nice. Not even 24 hours and her pink shellac is chipping and peeling . Waste of money

The worst experience I have never been disappointed that or is it because I'm black. The lady did my nails bad. Africa has the best nail technique. I wanted to come for my refund the next day but I let it slide. I still have the receipt it pains me to date

Worst experience ever, don’t waste your time and money. I was in the area and decided to give them a try. The woman said they are the best in Jane and Finch. The girl did not soak my feet and filed my nails. She was in a rush I don’t think she is qualified or have any training. No changes with my hands and feet after Mani and Pedi.I am disappointed with their service. Regrettably I did not read their reviews.

Worst salon I ever been to!! Staff is so unprofessional, when you go in to get something done they never ask what you would like to get done, there literally just staring at you. I went to get my pedi done the other day and the lady cut my skin so bad that it hurt so bad plus she uses the same nail filer for all the customers!! I wish there was an inspector every month to check if they e their their equipments!

I was supposed to give them 1 * but they are friendly and am sure something just went wrong. Am so not satisfied cos the polish I wanted they couldn’t do it and this was my second choice. 2 days later, the gel is pealing off. Am not happy.

I am giving 3 stars cause they did what i asked them to. But she was not good at her job. I felt like she was in a rush to finish my nails. Nails weren’t shaped correctly nor was she doing my french properly! I felt bad that i had to ask her more than three times and she then started to make fun of me with her co employees in her language. I am not satisfied and would never go back to that place!

Don't go there since they are the worst liars; they will use cheap materials and bill you more monthly.After providing only a partial treatment, they will tell you that the cost will rise.Extremely poor customer service, and worst of all, I feel like I was scammed.

Worst experience ever! I was there last week Wednesday to get an acrylic overlay shellac manicure. The girl was in such a rush she doesn’t even listen to what I want. She insisted on doing her own thing . I had to yell at her that i do not want chrome . I don’t like chrome I just want a simple colour . My nails were filed unevenly. The gel was so stick that it stuck on to my skin and the polish wasn’t even applied the whole nail. A manicure which is supposed to have appropriate cuticle care wasn’t even given. I’m so disappointed. Then when I point what needs to be fix she denied that there’s nothing wrong .To think this place would be convenient for me but I was so wrong. I will never return here again not even out of desperation. On Saturday I had to go to a different location to have my nails redid to my liking.Place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Please do not waste your time and money for poor services and pushy people. Terrible customer service .This location needs to learn professional mannerism and to listen to the customer needs & feedback.

Very bad experience. Shellac came off in just 2 days..2nd experience.. avoid this place..This is so pathetic. I called up and lady told me to come before 9 same day and they will fix it. While on my way I called them just to confirm that I'll be there by 8:35 or 8:40 maximum but lady simply denied to take me and said they are closing by 8:30.. totally unacceptable..

I’ve never done such poor quality nails… the customer service is poor, the lady was not gentle and was rushing while doing my nails. Only came here because it was raining but don’t waste your money. I need a refund please
