This is the best car wash I have ever used … love that I have an option of cleaning the car myself or letting the machine do it …. You have my business that is for sure

If I could give this car wash business a -5 star I would… my credit card was charged multiple times on the drive through car wash saying that my card had an error, only for me to get home and see it was charged multiple times…When calling to sort this out I was told the owner is in Saturday only, usually by 10am.. after an hour of waiting with my 2.5 year old for the owner to come to resolve the issue we left as he did not show..Now when I call they don’t pick up.I had to get my credit card company to dispute the charges…Needless to say I will never return, which is unfortunate because they r conveniently located for me…Also their water is hard and leaves white spots on black cars

Have been here a few times. Live in the area. Car vacuums rarely work and when you contact the operator about it taking your money they never do anything about it. Carwash is ok. Self serve washes have extreemly dirty brushes that scratched the truck paint. Would recomend not using this location. Poor service, poor equipment and refuse to fix or compensate when broken and taken your money.Go elsewhere.

Old owners kept place clean and maintained, since new ownership place has turned into a dump. Bays are dirty, something is always broken or not working. Can’t get a hold of anyone to deal with our company account. Poorly managed, been there and the snow wasn’t removed, broken steel frame has been in the bay for over 2 weeks now, from the door that was broken for well over a year now. previous owners need to buy it back.

Car wash isn’t worth it. Had to rewash my car right after going through this one. Better off to use the self wash, I would’ve had there been less people waiting. Guess they already know how much better it is

Been coming here for over a year now but not anymore. I was basically robbed of $25. Put in $20 for 16 minutes and only a few minutes in the power went out. When it came back on they only gave me the initial start time of 4 minutes to re-clean my car and I had to put more money in to finish rinsing it. Then I get home and its not even clean, I'll have to re-wash it again. I'll never be back.

Machine stopped working with 16$ left in truck bay. Went to smaller bay and had no pressure. Drove to Peterborough to finish my truck. No one on site, no number to call. Will not return.

VERY VERY EXPENSIVE, confusing payment system, No spot rince is worse for spots than normal rinse, lost $4 with change without having an extra loonie, doesn't take quarters, dirty. Just a poor wash service overall. Go somewhere else in Peterborough and save yourself grief and money.

It’s pretty hard to buy a successful car wash and turn it into a failure but this new owner is killing it. Pre wash is just water, soap is clearly garbage. Haha what a joke. Honestly it’s just a waste of time and money to wash your vehicle here it’ll still be dirty after spending $15 bucks.
