5 Star Nails & spa

Kim did a pedicure for me last night. Best I’ve had. Beautiful treatment and she was so lovely to talk with. Feet are smoothest they have been. They have tools I haven’t seen before.

Took priority over people who had booked appointments for walk-in. They took over 3 hours to complete 3 pedis and 2 fills which is horrendous. Then tried to get me to pay for an extra service. Employees are slow and unorganized and I will not be returning.

I was recommended by my sister and I really needed a place that day….all I have to say is Absolutely AMAZING service, I came in after work and had a ridiculous nail art idea and not only did they get the girl I request….but they worked over time… on top of that they even stayed to give me a well needed pedicure. With no complaints and I absolutely am obsessed with the results of their art! Definitely would recommend it and I live in NE Calgary and I’m still going back again next time!. Just because the amazing positivity and team work and flexibility!

I’m have been going here for years! Customer service is always great! Their pedicures are amazing great massages! They listen to what I am wanting and the salon is always very clean and their tools are always sterilized!!! I highly recommend it!

I’ve been here 3 x now & wow! 5 stars every time… the ladies ALL say hello, they offer you a drink for your service - tea, water, coffee & a cracker cookie! Very happy with all my visits and the work they do it quality!!

Wanted ombre nails and a pedicure. Arrived for my 530pm appointment early. I was greeted by friendly staff and waited my turn. My appointment time had passed and I was still waiting, a couple of the ladies cameup to apologize for the delay. My appointment was about a half hour later than scheduled. They started with the pedicure. It was lovely with the scrub and got stone massage. The quality of the pedicure and polishing the nails were very good. Another girl came over and started my nail fill as I was getting my pedicure,(they were closing in half an hour). Once my pedicure was done we moved to the nail bar to start my ombre color. At this point it was 15 min to close,and my ombre consisted of 5 colors. Kim was amazing she did not rush and was detailed inner work. She stayed half hour after close to get the job done. This place is awesome and it was worth waiting for, will definitely be my choice of nail bars to come back to in Okotoks.

3 hours to do my two daughters pedi and fill. Booked an appointment and they allowed many walk ins that took priority over the booked their appointment for 4:00 and left at 7:00 .I arrived at 5:45 to collect them and was told to come back at 6:15 kept me waiting another 45 min.Then spent 10 min trying to sort out paymentNot professional. I cannot recommend and won't return.

5 star I feel more like 2 stars in my opinion my nail basically broke off the whole thing by when I was doing my makeup with my beauty blender. My nail polish is chipping I don’t do very much stuff with my hands this is Honesty ridiculous for 63$ I’d rather go somewhere and pay 75$ if it’s going to be good… they also didn’t help with my cuticles.. rip offf

The worst and last mani pedi I will have there. Was there with my sister. Her pedicure was 45 min..mine was 15 min. Manicure was done in the pedicure chair where she stood to do it and I had to have my hands raised to have itb done. (No reason as no other customers were in the salon). Not relaxed at all. Manicure (French nails) looked awful so left without them being completed. Girl doing nails would not listen when informed it did not look good. Very disappointed..unprofessional. They new I was unhappy and had not completed French nail…but was still charged full price.

Loved my first experience there with my bestie, Diane. Had my first deluxe manicure and Ombre nail experience by Jenny and Annie and they did a fabulous job! I cannot stop admiring my nails! My bestie had the deluxe pedicure and she loved it, too. I highly recommend this clean, cheery and professional nail salon! Thank you, ladies, for a relaxing and pampering experience!
