Employees did not look happy to even have a job. Lady took my order correct threw drive threw and charged correct amount only problem I did not get what I ordered or pay for. I brought my meal inside to get what I ordered so I could be back on the road but instead have Alex want to waste time a go out back to final find a mask no one was going to wear then to come out and start throwing bacon around and then to hand my sandwich to me instead of just giving them to a paid customer he tries to get aggressive and challenge the customer where any employee told him to go out back. This is crazy and not the behaviour that should happen. I know I am only one customer and this store does not care about customers as it on the road and doesn't have to worry about regular s as much as other stores.

Super friendly staff. The nice young lady that served me also has an Avalanche! Can not rate the company higher as the mobile app has NOT been working for two days. Robbing us of the bonus roles for the contest, and we can not log on to make our spins??!!!

It all my years of experiencing customer service. This one really tops the cake. I'm standing in line and there's a cashier hiding behind the register, not even paying attention to us and I literally have to beg to be served and then the attitude from this individual is pathetic. If you don't like your job, then maybe you should find something else because you're too miserable to be serving the general public

was clean, washroom was cleanBut I was 4th in line, after waiting 10mins, and the line only moving one person I had to leave. Im not sure if they were short staffed or if it was just abnormally busy. But I could not wait any longer. There was a fair number of staff there and all seemed to be working. Just very slow

We pulled in to this location in hopes of making a quick stop to pick up some breakfast as we were on a tight timeline to make a ferry crossing to Grand Manan.I waited over 30 minutes inside in a lineup to be served and decided on a couple of Muffins and coffee instead of ordering prepared food and having to wait even longer.We only arrived in Blacks Harbor 30 Minutes before departure and lost our reservations and got put on standby and luckily got on the boat but this inconvenience was a bad start to our summer vacation.If you go to this spot on a Saturday, I hope you're not in a rush as they are desperately short staffed

Of all the Tim Hortons I've been in, THIS one had the best tasting coffee, not sure how they do it, but it's always fresh, and delicious
