We originally found Norton Roofing Systems through BBB and decided to take a chance and we were pleasantly surprised. Reg patiently and thoroughly explained various options and let us decide. We did not feel pressured during the process. We were glad that he managed to complete the repairs with high quality and during the process, we learned a great deal from him as well. Norton Roofing recently finished repointing and repair for my north & south chimneys. Reg, the experienced mason is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. My family is very happy with Reg's quality work and our 2 chimney's beautiful new look.
