Got my Baffin ICE BEARS about a month ago and was a bit disappointed that they didn’t check inside to see the quality of the boots before shipping them. I have to use them right away because of my job and don’t have a choice to send them back for a refund. Luckily it’s just inside the boots but not sure how they can sell a product that’s damaged. Best price for these boots I could find online, Great service online and fast delivery I have to say tho.

Ordered a pair of Brahma boots #7027 size 7.5 online on a Thursday and got them on the following Monday which I wasn't expecting such quick delivery. Big Valley had the best price than any other place I had checked. The left boot is still a little tight putting on and taking off but very comfortable to wear. I would definitely buy from them again. Stopped in as it looked like a great little store when driving by and was quite surprised on the stock they had, as well as lots of harder to find kids clothing items. The 3 ladies were of great help too, will be stopping in again.
