Food was decent, service was good and friendly. But the place definitely needs some TLC. The place looks really run down compared to many other locations.

normally love KFC, but today I got a zinger sandwhich and was given clearly old chicken, very chewy after biting into it. Disappointed.

The employee that took the order was rude and in a hurry. When giving my order he just threw the bag to the counter. And there was a lady asking about the menu and he was explaining it to her very rudely and with no interest whatsoever

Just recieved a delivery that was sealed so no issues with the delivery service.2 large salads - containers about half full - large fry no where near half a box full. Called and shift manager said they only fill the containers to that amount - politely asked why only half full - his response was that's what they consider to be a large container amount of food.$123.33 for half a meal. Shame on this location and their management! If I was at the store and not delivered I would demand a refund. Considering ordering at the store but only paying half the total they ask for. Too long wait no communication not even informing anything regarding long wait literally there was no other orders while I was waiting my order was pick up too so can’t give me the excuse about cooking because it should have been ready by the time I reach 20min long wait is too much for a pickup .. clearly staff looks like not happy with the management or they need proper training on customer service it’s not just about wait it’s how being treated

This whole system for pre paying for ordering was horrible. called the store to order, they said i dont take orders call the 1866 number. Order and verified but email came back and said pick up. Called within mins to have it delivered
