These guys are almost totally incompetent. Their reports are brief to the point of uselessness, and the list of things they missed is spectacular, e.g.:Wood rot in a main beamOil tanks not insurable or fillableFrozen, burst pipesUnknown well & septic locationsWater leaks & damageMajor floor sagFlue situationHeating system damageDenied propane system existence despite obvious big tank in backyardEtc.
