I don’t see why people are so mad towards this place. They are good. Good at scamming, rip off people. They’re good at making up fake stories. Customer service? O my god, Let’s not even talk about that. Worst upon worst. Did my alignment twice, still didn’t solve the problem at all. After spending whole bunch of money, my car had the same issue. That’s when I realized bunch of scammers I was dealing with. Stay away from this place.

I am a long time customer of Loyal king Auto,these guys are like a family to me.My first experience with them was when they supplied me with a Toyota Tacoma pickup car.Since then I have been visiting their shop for parts and for after sales maintenance....,it has always been a pleasure visiting them as the service they provide is best in town.i even recommended a friend and he bought a Honda CRV and his feedback was positive.I strongly recommend this Auto company for your repair,purchase,swap and other car related services.

These are worst mechanics you can take your car too, we took our 2017 Crv for injectors changed and there was problem with injector 3 only, after I payed drove for 2 hours, my car won’t go above 20km/hr, I called and they said oh it’s probably other injectors that broke too that’s how they were scamming us, and my brother took the car back to the shop and once the work was done there filthy, disrespectful boss asked for money said you have to pay for Injector and labour and then I called my brother and told them no we would not pay for something we have no link to. He then threatened my brother that he will hit him and cursed him out and told me to reach his shop and he will show me what he can do!!! HE WAS THREATENING A MINOR KID MY BROTHER IS 17 and he was threatening him after he and his mechanics scammed us we payed almost 700$ for injectors and labour and still those unqualified mechanics making my injectors leak!!!!! And problem is still not gone… PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND NOT TO BE SCAMMED DONT GO THERE THEY DONT KMOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever .

SCAM king auto. DONT BUY A CAR HERE! They have no respect towards their customers. If ur looking to buy a car from them make sure you ask if the car has any leans. i bought a 2014 honad civic. truns out the car has a $8500 lean which im stuck with now (im obviously taking it to court). worst experience for first time car buyers. First of all no one was wearing a mask in the tiny office, ontop that they ask me to put my mask on because they were vaccinated" which mind boggled me. secondly

Texted a salesperson about test driving a car. They confirmed it was good to go. Morning of I drove an hour to get there and texted again to confirm it was ok. He said it was. When I got there the secretary said the car was sold. She was not wearing a mask in the 6x6 foot office and went to get the salesperson. He entered the office, also not wearing a mask. He proceeded to say it was my fault, talking over me, even though I texted him to confirm it was ok, he did confirm it, yet it sold the day before in the afternoon. Also they only allow test drives in the parking lot which he did not mention over the phone, the secretary told me when I arrived.Please avoid this place if you you don't want horrible service from the salespeople (at least the one I dealt with) and zero Covid protocol.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! these people are criminals they sold me a car with a safety but it had structural damage! they refused to give a refund and I had to get MTO involved. the MTO officer said the car should have gone in the crusher. finally got the money back after driving back and forth to scarborough 4 times and a 5th time to collect the refund thanks to the MTO

This guys are the worst in car business. Firstly they sell accidental cars. They lied to me that it was only bumper that has issues, whereas the car has an accident. Secondly, the car does not have an airbag they also lied about that. Thirdly, they put worn out tires for me in my car. Overall, this people are dubious and they are only out for your money. Run as fast as your legs can take you. Don't ever patronise them. I only patronised them because someone recommended them amd they have failed at the rating.Don't ever go to them.
