White Tiger TAEKWONDO Korean Martial Art

My husband introduced me and my daughter to Taekwondo. He had signed himself and our son up about a week before I started and suggested that we should try it out. He indicated that it would be good for our daughter, in terms of being able to protect herself and that the health benefits would be good for me. He said that we would really like learning from Master Park and that I should check it out for myself. Although I was hesitant, I tried one class. By the end of the class we were sold. Master Park takes the time to individualize where your needs are and recognizes your strengths. All while doing this, he is soft spoken, friendly, and excellent with our kids. He makes them feel comfortable while learning taekwondo. Our daughter always has a smile on her face throughout the entire class and looks forward to every session that we attend together as a family. Master Park is greatest person around kids...He teaches my Grandson Brayden who started at age of 5....My grandson just had heart surgery and when he woke up 1st thing he ask when he can go see Master ParkMaster Park takes the time to individualize where your needs are and recognizes your strengths. Master Park is hands down the best instructor. His teaching style is unique. He is very gentle and puts a tremendous amount of effort into teaching his students. I used to think I had to have a good athletic ability to do martial arts but I was wrong. When I first went to my class, I was very nervous because I didn’t have any background in martial arts. Master Park made sure I felt comfortable and helped me build my confidence. I used to think Taekwondo instructors would be strict and intimidating but Master Park is funny and very easy going which makes students feel very comfortable. Master Park is very skilled, his 360 kicks are breathtaking. I have been practicing Taekwondo here since September, I look forward to every single one of my classes.

I have been attending classes with Master Park for about a month now and I go twice a week. I was very shy and nervous at first, but Master Park makes me feel comfortable to learn. He takes the time to point out areas that I can improve on. When he needs to correct my form, he makes it feel more fun than disciplining in a negative way. For example, I sometimes mix up my rights from my lefts and Master Park will remind me to use my other left hand if I have put up my right hand by mistake. This makes me laugh and feel comfortable to make the necessary corrections. He develops a good rapport with his students so that we can learn as much as possible from him. If you are thinking about signing up for taekwondo, I suggest that you give Master Park at White Tiger Taekwondo a try. I really enjoy the time that I spend there and the time seems to go by quickly, but I am learning a lot.

I started taking taekwondo lessons as I wanted to improve my self-defense skills. As an added bonus, I get weekly physical activity as I go twice a week. In my younger days I had taken some martial arts classes and enjoyed them. Sharing this with my son, he mentioned that he would like to try martial arts. Thinking that I was too old to sign up with my son, I had intended to only sign him up. When I arrived and saw the signage indicating that all age groups are welcome, I decided to try it as well. After a week, I recommended that my wife and daughter should try a class with Master Park. They loved it and signed up at the end of their first class. Now we go as a family twice a week. After a month's worth of classes we were able to successfully pass our first belt exam to earn our next belt level. The exam was conducted in a professional manner with everyone being presented with their new belt and individualized certificate. I love the fact that I am able to see my kids grow and learn new skills. This is an amazing activity to do as a family. The kids look forward to attending their weekly classes with Master Park. He is an awesome instructor and I feel that we are getting quality lessons for the money that we are investing.
