Paul is not an honest man to deal with. He is only here to look for his own profit and doesn't care about the customer. Charges an exuberant amount. Not satisfied with the service.

Go to some other bodyshop_repaired 2016 Beetle spoiler but they've done a very poor job. It now floats far above where it should be and everything inside is exposed.Makes very simple mistakes like painting wrong colours; paint looks 'wavy' in sunlight.One of the managers aren't professional enough.No skills, no class here just choose some where else.

Great experience at Carstar Express in Ancaster! Paul was helpful, friendly and they worked fast to get our van back to us. Even washed and cleaned the interior and exterior before returning it to us. Great customer service!

Unsatisfied with the service. Low end work, runs in paint, body lines not lining up, over looked broke parts, and parts braking after two days of recieving vehicle. And only to get it back again with no heat. They did not replace the radiator properly. Either lack of experience or lack of care. WOULD NOT LET THEM WORK ON MY WHEELBARROW. The service was not good. They said they had the wrong number twice. Even though my right number is on file from the start. And sense of ignorance when talking with them. Did not feel professional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am blown away with the quality of work at this carstar location. They truly went above and beyond to repair the damage on my truck. They made this terrible situation easy by dealing with the insurance company and rental car company. The experience was stress free. The fine detailing to my vehical and excellent communication was exceptional. My truck returned flawless and clean, inside and out! Something I would have never expected. I couldn't be happier with this experience. 100% recommended!!!

Customer service was incredible thanks to Jenny. She took care of everything for me, from my rental to follow up and kept me in the loop.My rear bumper was newly replaced and beautiful within a few days.Vehicle came back cleaner than it went in! Very happy with Jenny and the repairs!
