Very helpful and will try their best to get you on your way. I had them make me some custom U bolts and they were exactly as ordered. They also saved me a bunch of work on my trailer brakes too.

Great shop for out of province inspection of your vehicle. People are awsome and honest. Try to fix any problems they find on your vehicle at their shop if you can, their mechanics are very experienced.

We rolled in with a bent spindle on our travel trailer axle. They checked it out right away, told us they could replace it the next day with the same weight axle or we could upgrade to a higher weight rated axle, but it would take a week. We opted for the latter and they suggested places to stay, things to do in the area, etc. Yesterday they upgraded our axles and replaced our springs with stiffer ones (which were beginning to wear with less than 13k miles on our Imagine). Everyone is beyond friendly and it feels like one big family. Great folks who know their stuff and will take good care of you.

Called 200 kilometers away from Ft.St.John with broken shackles on our trailer leaf springs. We limped in after traveling at 30-40kph and they took us right in and changed out both sides and sent us our way that evening. Excellent service and very great people. Unfortunately 500 miles, two days later, we limped into another mechanic due to two broken leaf springs. The mechanics at northern either didn’t look at the springs or just missed them or even suggested that we replace them.
