I have Shawna, she is amazing. I have super thick hair and she knows how to cut it. Hard to find someone who is good with super thick hair. I am also growing out my old color and embracing my grey and she really helps with that. Super friendly service from when you enter till you leave

Atmosphere is cool. The lash lift and tint did absolutely nothing for me. I tried to ask the lady for a certain shape eye brow and she told me thats not how she does brows...it's my face and I'm paying for the service brows should be done how I ask. The only place to ever just do what they want instead of listening to client. Atmosphere is nice though and aesthetic is on point.

Wife with long hair went in and asked for it to be a TINY bit shorter. NOT SHORT hair. The stylist asked her if she spoke German and my wife said no. The stylist acted very weird asking her what her maiden name was and her current name(which is french). My wife showed her a few pictures of women with around 12inch long hair but the stylist was dismissive and almost pretended to not understand. She then proceeded to speak in German the entire time to someone beside her and she Just snapped off a giant piece hair in the back(like one inch short) My wife didn't even know what to say and stayed silent in shock. in the end her hair was around 1inch long and it looked like it was cut with a knife in chucks missing like she was prepping for a pirates movie. DEFINATLY deliberately hacked. A week later I was talking to the OWNER lady and told her her I feel that racism may be a factor since my wife did say clearly NOT SHORT. the women defended her, then I said Well
