Jay was absolutely fantastic. He remembered my name the day after a 30 sec phone call, looked into what offers he could get me, had a phone set aside for me and was ready to do his thing the second I got there. He was super friendly and helpful, walked me thru my plan, billing and my new phone. Koodo is lucky to have him representing their brand.

my brother & i were helped by stephanie today as we were looking to transfer his number to koodo and cancel services with another provider. this was an issue that was causing some stress and she handled it so smoothly, i have absolutely no complaints. she was very kind, attentive and knew how to answer our questions. i am very appreciative of the service i received from koodo today and am very happy to have them as my mobile provider. this is not the first time i’ve been assisted by excellent customer service representatives at koodo and i am continuously impressed by their employees. thanks.

Helpful workers here. Have gotten good advice about my phone.

Me and my friend waited for someone to accommodate us and there is one guy there who did not even ask us about why we were there or just even tell us that he is just finishing something but just stare with us and just ignore us. Instead I came to him and ask him if there somebody who could help us because we are waiting for a long time but he just answered me that his companion is on break and he don’t know why he is not back yet. They are not accommodating.

Staff deceived me that my phone will work on their network. I told him I already tried with Freedonmoble and it didn't work, He boasted that they have the best network in Canada, way better that that of Freedom mobile, only to convince me to take the service. Calls could not go out nor come in. I requested a refund, but I was told my money was lost, I wasted more that total of 10 hours with them. They refused to return my money. The staff was very rude, bully and inconsiderate, he even had the effontry of calling security to throw me out of the mall. Security came and was frustrated, she couldn't do anything, but begged me and she left eventually. He was only able to refund the cost of the sim. I BEG YOU, FLEE FROM THIS NETWORK IF YOU NEED YOUR SANITY. THEY SUCK REAL BAD. THEY ARE THERE ONLY TO SWINDLE YOU YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They will trick you to part with your money. If there was a zero star, I will have given you a zero star

I like Koodo for their prices, coverage and lack of bull***t charges (looking at you, Rogers and Bell). I don't like the fact that it has taken me two trips, each over an hour spent standing in front of the booth, to get my phone upgraded. Currently, my helpful salesman is trying to get the system to apply the deal that Koodo itself texted me, and has had to call the head office helpline to do so. You'd think a company in the business of selling phones would have a better system for doing so.

Was on hold for 10 hours today between 2 different days, was hung up on both times, they owe me a $400 pre paid gift card for screwing me as a customer with a referral code they wont make good on, they also owe me for 10 hours of on hold waiting, should be $500

Went to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 7. I was waiting close to 20 minutes when I was finally told they were just finishing up with a customer. While I was waiting to different people arrived and he served both of them, even making eye contact with me after helping the one person then went ahead and helped the person that came after me. After that I just left. If you're not going to serve on a first come first serve basis then let me know so I don't stand there and I can at least do other shopping in the mean time.

We are extremely impressed with the service and attention we received from Stephanie and Derek today. Each could not have been more helpful in answering all our questions( and there were many!). They were infinitely patient and understanding of two seniors who are not quite up to par in anything to do with technology. Today’s experience was the best by far of any service we’ve had regarding mobile phones. We recommend Stephanie and Derek highly and wish them continued success.

the staff at this location are super friendly. Sangam was able to get us fully hooked up with a new phone plan in less than 30 mins. super speedy and thorough, and we managed to snag an amazing deal. would highly recommend
