I have been going to this clinic for a very long time. My whole family has seen Dr. Suresh for over 25 years. Now he is semi-retired, he ensured my transition with another doctor was seamless. I am fortunate that now I am under the care of Dr. Rana. The level of care I receive from Dr. Rana is exceptional. Through the different doctors over the years, what remains constant is Linda. Linda in my opinion is the key this clinic continues to operate smoothly. Over the years, she has forged relationships with patients. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, address the issues in a professional manner.This is a valuable asset especially for aging parents. Linda is efficient, friendly and goes above and beyond. In an age where everyone complains of lack of service. I have received nothing but top notch service from beginning to end.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Rana Al-Bayati for years after moving to Calgary. We met with a few doctors before meeting Dr. Al-Bayati and are so thankful we did as she’s incredibly thorough, kind and really takes the time to check our health and explain things to us in a way that makes sense. Would highly recommend her and her clinic!

I’ve been seeing Dr Rana for 10 years or so now. She helped me through 3 pregnancies and 1 devastating loss. She is kind, listens, and is thorough. I have also brought my kids to Dr Ali who is also patient and kind. I highly recommend if you’re looking for good honest care.

Dr. Rana Al- Bayati is a true professional, I have been her patient for past 5 years and switched clinics to be her patient in this new location. I did a thorough search for a family doctor earlier this year and I feel that I really lucked out with Dr. Rana. She has always made me feel like my issues matter, and I never really feel rushed to leave the room (which is rare these days unfortunately). I am so glad I took the time to find a good family doctor and didn't settle for someone who doesn't care about their patients.

Dr. Rana Al-Bayati at Thorncliffe Family Clinic is the best doctor I've ever had.We've been with her since she started at Crescent Heights and she's our family doctor for now three generations in our family on both sides and we've sent many friends her way over the years.It must be 6 years now she's been our doctor and she has always showed patience, care, compassion, and an incredibly high knowledge and education in all matters.She's been with us through babies, death, mental heath, warts, cancer; the full gamut of health ailments both minor and major. It's safe to safe that without Dr. Rana quarterbacking our family's care, my mother would no longer be around.Everyone should be so lucky to have a doctor as talented as Dr. Rana. In her absence, others such as Dr. Ali, have also been amazing, showing the quality of all the people the clinic brings on board.The office manager, Linda, is the ultimate. In reading some one star reviews, descriptions of the place and doctors names make it clear to me that the negative reviews belong to a different medical office. I don't think it's possible to have anything negative to say about Dr. Rana Al-Bayati and team.

I have been looking for a female doctor for years with no luck as female doctors accepting new patients in our area has been hard; but stumbled into Dr. Rana Al-Bayati's medical clinic on 4 street NW and Mcknight from a walk-in appointment due to the convenience of the location as my daughter was not feeling well.We were fortunate that the clinic was taking walk-ins, and as soon as the staff told Dr.Rana a child was not feeling fell, she made it a priority to see us first. My daughter loved Dr.Rana - she was so caring, nurturing, and patient. I asked Dr.Rana if she was accepting new patients for myself as I have been uncomfortable with a full physical with a male doctor and have not had a full physical for years. Dr.Rana took the time to explain the importance of full physical for women my age, and that she will accept my whole family as well for my convenience.I made an appointment and Dr.Rana took extra care in understanding my medical history, full physical where I felt at ease with a female doctor doing THAT" exam that all women dread. It was not invasive

Dr. Rana has been my physician since I move here in Calgary and now for my 2 year-old son. I really like her, she's very patient and very good with my son and very detailed with examination and concerns. I went to a different doctor when she was on vacation and got disappointed so I had to wait for her to address my health issue. I highly recommend Dr. Rana Albayati.
