Carnoustie Golf Club

The golf course has done a lot of grooming and pruning, making the course a bit easier with the lower limbs of most trees removed. The tee boxes are surviving and the fairways lush. The value for the round is much better.

Really fun track, easy to walk, great price, and great location. The Marshall's were pushing people and us to speed up while we finished a round in 3 hours and 45 minutes. The food shack at the 10th tee was not open at 10AM which would speed people up. Makes the experience not fun when you are being rushed while playing at an above average speed already. Would love to go again but probably won't be

No.7hole Looks fantasticof mountain viewing.No.1 hole & No.18 hole looks wide very nice couses of tree cut..and fixing renovate.Fairways & on the greenare not bed maybe I think will be very good condition from April 2022

Be weary. Booked a tee time for 730 and unfortunately it was pouring down rain so my group bailed. I called the pro shop twice to let them know. No answer and no answering machine. Was disappointed to see the $300 charge on my credit card the next day. And when I call in the managers not there “he’ll be in tomorrow.” Tomorrow never comes. I’ll never go back.

Very disappointed that by noon they had no power carts left to rent and they don’t let you reserve them. At the turn after 9 they had carts there they would let us rent them but for full price $50 I don’t blame the young staff but their lack of customer service training shows and needs to be improved. Ownership needs to invest in more power carts for golfers to rent and better training for staff..

My wife's cousin's husband wanted to play a game of golf, so I was searching for a place to play. We live quite away from each other. I thought I'll book a place closer to him. It's really hard to get a morning tee time, but I was lucky to get a time at Carnoustie Golf Club in Port Coquitlam. It was a 40 min highway drive for me because I live closer to White Rock. When I got there I was very impressed with the fairways and the manicured course. Well taken cared. It's quite scenic looking with the mountains to the north. Upon playing I really liked the layout, challenging but also possible to shoot a good score. There's a food shack at the 10th tee box which is good, then we're not running to the club house for food. The fee for playing was very reasonable, especially if your a senior weekday" for a full length course. The "only" sad part of playing this day was the slow pace. The marshals should have been out there pushing the play. At the end of the game I highly recommend playing here. It's very well kept. Fairways are neatly groomed and the greens are good."

Let’s go to the Zoo.Every time jam packed on Sunday. Tee times delayed about 30mins………

I have experienced many of the negative issues that the reviewers mention. The overwhelming response (from the management?) is nothing but excuses and belittling of customers. Any well-run business addresses their clients' concerns. Seems Carnoustie just takes the money and runs"!"

1 star is far too high, booked a tee time for 4, group got sick so cancelled online. Was left with the impression it was cancelled or I would have made the effort to call in and cancel. Instead a few days later I realize I was charged the $300 for no show. When I tried resolving this with the manager over a span of 2 weeks I got 0 calls answered and after only a few days stopped receiving any responses at all via email. Don’t book if it’s the last tee time on earth
