Having dealt with several companies in the past, NRS is the best! Thanks guys. Based just outside of gatineau, these guys have even rescued my sad excuse for a car in the stix of Ontario! They gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to it, pretty great considering the way the industry is now. They showed up fully equipped for the job and got me back on the road super quick. Couldn't ask for better service considering my kiddo was in the back. The operator was truly kind, and genuinely cared for my littles and my wellbeing in a very tense and stressful time. Thanks again guys

This is the worst service I've ever gotten, they quote you one price and charge you nearly 4 times more under threat of towing your car away. Be very careful, nothing is worth doing business with these people. A simple jumpstart came to $155.

Worst service ever, called for a tow truck 48hours later they are not here yet, this is ford roadside provider, because there is 2cm of snow he doesn’t want to send his truck in Val des monts qc , i guess he has little to no experience driving tow trucks , there driver need to learn to drive these northern condition and provide the service, what a waste of time and professionalism. Would not recommend you will be left stuck for days with these guys !

My motorcycle died in Chelsea, 160km from home. Peter showed up at 8pm on a Sunday (20 minutes ahead of schedule) towed the bike two hours a had to drive 2 hours back. He was the most friendly and professional person I’ve even encountered. Wish I could give 10 stars. Seriously top notch service.
