Ernest Dental Office

This place is horrible. Came in for emergency help on upper molar, but in end they destroyed a completely different tooth. Placed temp filling on it and sent me on my way. Did not ask just went to town on the wrong tooth without consult. Now left with jaw pain from the service render. I would highly recommend if have choice, GO ELSEWHERE. Was referred to this office by their sister office" and have lost trust in other/main office because of work I received."

The staff at Ernest have been wonderful, taking me on as a new patient recently. They’re attentive and compassionate in each treatment and explain each step along the way. They have also been very patient and helpful with insurance delays. Seeing their friendly faces eases my nervousness each session! Thank you!

Dr kaddory and sons at Ernest dental are very nice and super friendly. I have never like the dentist and they make you feel very comfortable. Amy tbe receptionist is so friendly and helpful.They are great with my kids and they are very comfortable here.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, the receptionist was great and got me in as soon as possible. Very caring and kind staff. Extraction went smoothly and Swiftly.

Best place in town for all your dental needs and the staff are nice welcoming and make you feel at home, I always have extra requests with the freezing because my teeth are very sensitive and they are pros That accommodate me every time , 99.9% of time I don’t feel a thing EVER, they explain what they’re doing with knowledge and I couldn’t recommend a better place, Dr. Saad worked on me for years and I haven’t met a better dentist even till this day, he’s a legend, I’ve had the other dentists work on me too and I have no complaints, I’ve been going to this office for over 5+ years and for about the last two years Dr Ziyad has been working on me and I can honestly say he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had or met, treats you like family and the work he does speaks volumes very intelligent and is a professional in every sense of the word very friendly and I’m always satisfied and happy with the work he does, front desk receptionist is amazing To very respectful and courteous , this is by far the best dental office in London and surrounding area I would highly recommend.

Bright white office, and very fun dentists! My 8 year old absolutely LOVES going to the dentist, and I attribute this to the amazing guys and ladies at Ernest!They were very quick to book in an emergency visit - and fix mistakes made by others. Ernest was able to take our x-rays we had done at another office, which was great, because it saved us from having to pay twice! We were thrilled. We will continue to go here for all our dental work.

Greetings,I know I’m a little bit late to type this review, but I just had some spare time now. Dr. Ziyad Kaddory was my dentist; since I met this person I knew I’m in good hands. He is highly experienced, quick, very kind, knowledgeable and talented. The assistant Maria is extremely knowledgeable and super nice. There is another assistant that I wanted to mention but I didn't know what's her name. The receptionist Amy is quite responsible and does her job properly. Not to mention that, they give such really nice discounts and schedule you in a flexible way. This place is 100% trust worthy. I’m so happy and satisfied with my experience there.I highly recommend this place!

My whole family goes to Ernest Dental. We have never had a bad experience with the staff. The dentists are so down to earth and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable. Even my 8 year old daughter comments on how nice they are ( even though they had to pull 3 of her teeth so far lol)I see a few comments about people having issues with Amy. I don't quite understand that. Everytime I've spoken to her she has been professional. Yes, she can be to the point and seemed rushed, but what do you expect? It's a dental office. I'm sure she gets busy and probably wants patients in and out as fast as possible just as the patient probably does too. I think some people are just way too sensitive and take things personally that they don't need to.We will continue to visit Ernest for all of our dental needs. Thanks to the staff for always making our visits pleasant ones. ( considering lol)
