The most accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind people and business. They took care of my volkswagen after a flat tire on the highway, and did everything they could to make it easier on my end being stuck in Brandon. I really appreciated everything and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys so much!

I'm not the type to write reviews but I recently bought some parts there for my bmw and they had excellent customer service very friendly, reliable and really fast. Definitely buying or taking my car there again

Great people. Jeff is amazing. For over 10 years, I owned VWs and relied on EA for all of them. Everything was explained, my concerns addressed, Jeff fit me in with short notice a few times... they always made sure I was happy with their work and my vehicles. I can't say enough good things about them.

If it's possible to give 0 star rating I would. Don't take your vehicle to their shop . Their customer service is very poor . And the grumpy old man who called himself the owner of the business is very very rude . They over charged me for not knowing what they were doing. And still they can't fix the my car problems only to overcharge me. This shop is the most worst shop in Brandon. 90% of the good reviews they have online is from their friends and family members. I regret I took my car to them

First time going here, Jeff is deadly. Fair and honest work. I am a licensed mechanic and had to to take my Audi here. Glad I did. I recognize good work and honest knowledgable service writers. Very happy.

Speaking with the staff was very nice and helpful. Service is great, you won't regret it. As a bonus, there are plenty of really cool cars/transport to look at.

These guys are awesome. I've been twice during covid and they're diligent, hygienic, speedy and friendly.They charge fair prices and most importantly are locally, and family owned. Not a chain. Support local!
