Brought my blanket to fresh dry cleaners that doesn’t fit in my washer, also had my suit done. had great experience! It was done quick and nice and clean ! Appreciate the service will be coming back in the future!

I don't usually write reviews, but I went out of my way to create a google account just to give Fresh Dry Cleaners a 5.WOW! Excellent service. High quality and quick. Very impressed.Had a last minute wedding to attend and didn't realize my suit needed to be cleaned. Fresh Dry Cleaners was able to get my suit cleaned and ready to go THE SAME DAY and allowed me to attend the event.Will definitely be recommending friends and family to them.

Fantastic & quick service!! Dropped off my wedding dress on Monday, along with my husbands suit and they were both ready for pick up on Thursday. Since it rained on my wedding day my dress was a MESS. You would truly never know it was even worn it is SO clean again!!! The staff or owners— whoever I dealt with, are super kind.

Took my down jacket here to get professionally cleaned. I got my jacket back in perfect condition, in a timely manner. I'd say a little pricey at around $55 for the cleaning.

I brought in a very old hand stitched wolverine fur jacket to be cleaned and sewed. When I came to pick up the jacket the owner picked it up off the ground behind counter and said they couldn’t clean it. I also brought another jacket that I wanted the zipper replaced with a two way zipper and he didn’t manage to do that either. Worth place ever I would never recommend and will never go there again. One star is one to many. ZERO stars.

Best dry cleaners around! Provided amazing customer service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed alterations to a bunch of clothes and they got them done super fast and I couldn't even tell they were altered! The dry cleaning is great as well as my boyfriend had his dress shirts done and they looked better than new. Everyone should go here!

I had the worst experience with Fresh Dry Cleaners. I brought in my wedding dress as it had some minor marks on it to dry clean. The owner assured me that the marks would get removed. I was mortified when I went to pick up my dress. The dress was discoloured and the sequins were falling off. There were rips in it. It is in no condition to be worn now. When I refused to pay, the owner held my dress hostage and refuse to return it. I had to pay to get my dress back after they destroyed it. Instead of admitting his mistake, the owner was verbally abusive and even threatened to be physically abusive. The treatment was disgusting and I left the store in tears.

Worst experience with a dry cleaner ever. I had asked for the inside to be cleaned because I had spilled some food on the inside. The bag was returned to me like this. The material is all shriveled up, still wet inside (picked up on Tuesday. Was supposed to be ready for pickup on Monday), and the outside was dirty. I think it was leftover/buildup of whatever cleaning material they used.I asked about the state of the bag when I picked it up and was told that it will go 'back to normal' once I start using it regularly. The bag is just simply ruined. It's shine is gone and it's shriveled up. It never used to look like this before.I am extremely disappointed and I strongly recommend AGAINST ANYONE GOING HERE.If the bag wasn't safe to dry clean, a good business would have told me instead of making me pay $32. Otherwise, all you did was mess up my bag and pretend like you didn't.

Had an amazing experience using fresh dry cleaners. I brought in my expensive sweat suit and they were able to have it cleaned by the end of the day. Service was amazing as well. I wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS OR REPAIRSI came here as I recently moved to the Northside and was looking for a dry cleaner/tailor I can bring my business attire to. I had a pile of clothing that needed a variety of alterations (hemming, seam fix etc) all pretty simple. I came in on Tuesday for pick up and looked over the clothes and it has to be some of the worst presentation of items (thrown in a superstore bag) and the quality was absolutely terrible. Strings hanging down, chalk lines still on the pants, snags etc. I spent last night fixing and cutting the sew lines and fixing them (I can sew but by hand)The bill was just over $70! I asked if they can do anything for the price as its not well done and very apparent how bad of quality it was and the man said No
