Bistro On the Bow
I had the worst experience from a waitress named Diana. She wasn’t even my designated waitress I just required assistance from her. She was very RUDE and made my experience of 5 hours spent at the restaurant which has left such a sour taste in my mouth.( I had the best service from my waitress Sarah. )This review was initially supposed to give a shout out for the amazing pizza I had. I would appreciate the manager to please contact me urgently so I can give her/ him context of my complaint!

An awesome place at the airport across International Arrivals. Great pizzas and their jasmine rice bowl is to die for! Even better for flight crew and airport workers they offer 50% off on pizzas and 20% on the other menu items. Definitely worth a visit and my go to place whenever I have a layover at the airport hotel.

Amazing, attentive and kind service from Sarah W. She was on top of our ski group orders! (Our shuttle to Banff was delayed). The food was quite tasty!

Best pizza ever, with great staff (specially Sarah) and fantastic customer service. Do you have time to eat meanwhile you wait for your flight is not inside? It is here!!! Down level at the arrivals. Efficient service. Do you want to know more?!? They have local beers!!!

Today at The Bistro on the bow I was presented by waitress named Rose, I ordered a 12 wings for reasonable price gochujang it's a Korean chili spice, I also ordered a German drink the poor was very delicate later on Sarah another server very respectful very kind and considerate the whole time. I love the atmosphere and I love the way I've been treated. Geoff the bartender at the time where I was served the best old fashioned whisky I've tasted in 5 years I also ordered Silver patron tequila that was bussin

Delicious pizza, really enjoyed the 88 Brewing Wave Pool, and Roselyn took great care of us. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time experiencing this place, it was recommended by many of my coworkers. The server was welcoming and greeted us with a smile, nice little vibe and ambiance considering its right in the airport arrivals area. The pizza and fries were what I enjoyed the most.

Excellent pizza. Thin crust, excellent toppings and innovative menu. Staff can be hard to flag down, only 1 menu provided per table. More breakfast options would be good.

We had lunch while waiting for a delayed flight. Sarah gave us ah-mazing service, great food, and music. I had decaf coffee and chimchurri steak sandwich. Nom, delish!

I paid a 20$ margarita, which was just horrible. Plain, over expensive.A crust not thicker than the small plate on which it is displayed. The tomato sauce is carefully spread on. It would be a shame to put too much really sweet sauce. Then the cheese, at least on the menu, was the most flavourless I ever had.
