Absolutely love their fresh flower for pizza dough. In the summer months you can also get a view of the mill at work with full demonstration and explanation of how the flower is separated by component the old fashion way. There's plenty of wildlife along the river and the old town is a great visit as well.

We visited it in summer, it was surprised by the view, the mill is quite there no matter what kind of weather, it's the view. Autumn will be more beautiful.

Good mill, beautiful landscaping and lots of birds. Took the tour inside mill, was explained Thoroughly of the process of making the flour and how it works. Was even demonstrated in front of us and we bought good flour there. Would come again even if just for scenery

We go often there is in St Eustache nice little town close to Laval.You can buy food and stay close to the water.Good tourist place and products you can't find anywhere else.Full of history with old homes that are still quite beautiful. The mill was very cool to see and its history was interesting to read.

This was a beautiful little area to walk and enjoy the view. Though there is some visible garbage that should be cleaned out of the water, it was still enjoyable.
