I feel lucky to have stumbled on Jeff’s page while looking for brokers online. As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous and not sure what to expect. I liked that Jeff mentioned on his page that he provided a complete experience for the customer - exactly what I needed! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and I’m grateful that he never pushed me but sought to understand my needs. He never tried to show me properties that were out of my price range but really respected my choices while providing valuable guidance and answering my numerous questions. Ensuring the sign was up and then marketing not just across the usual sites realtor sites, but instagram and other social platforms ensuring visability out to his huge network of realtors with buyers to get our home infront of the right people. In advance of an offer, he fielded all the questions from potential buyers to ensure they had all the information they needed to make an informed offer.The time we saved using Jeff to sell our home, allowed us to focus on the upcoming move and not worry about juggling work and questions from buyers. One words sums up the job Jeff and his team did, Amazing! Jeff came in and guided us on the best strategy to get our home sold. His designer Stephanie was great, she came up with a plan and assisted us with getting our house ready for sale. When it came time to sell they staged our house and when we saw the finished product we could hardly recognize our house. It looked so good we almost didn't want to move.
