Had a poor experience with the Service Manager Simon. I took my tractor in for what should have been warranty work as the problem with the machine was identified pre-purchase and was not upgraded as designed by the manufacturer (discovered when the problem occurred). Simon then billed me a huge amount of money to to do a temporary repair and change my blades. When I questioned him how installing a bolt and changing blades could have taken 8hrs he proceeded to lie to me about the work that was done on the machine. I had the receptionist pull up my invoice which had charges on it for work Simon claimed they did not do??? I was no longer welcome in the store not even to pick up the warranty parts that I had to fight with Simon about ordering for me rather than him advocating for me with the manufacturer. When I sent a friend in to pick up my parts on arrival, Simon also treated him like garbage. It's worth noting my buddy is looking for several hundreds of thousands of dollars in new farm equipment. When I saw my pal the next day he exclaimed I will never buy or reccommend this location to anyone he knows. The farm community is pretty small to have a person Like Simon ruining the stores long time reputation of being a good store to deal with. The location I have servicing my tractor now, stated they also had other units with the same issue, and they have never charged people for doing the work I was charged for. Rather they reached out to the manufacturer and it was agreed that the issue was a warranty repair.

Always fixes our hydraulic lines on the spot and at a reasonable price. Clean, well kept store, pleasant staff.

Poor warranty service.Looking for a new dealer right a way

The worst possible customer service I have EVER had to deal with. Simon the service manager needs to be removed from role. I will NEVER recommend this dealership or the sister dealership in Lindsay to not even my worst enemy. Horrible in every way.
