Log burner looks fab, fully cleaned and tested and the internal plates have now been assembled correctly thanks to steve.Came same day, on time, very polite, clean and tidy and went above and beyond. Will defo use again.

Called Steve who arrived same-day within the hour. Prompt, friendly, efficient and clean, spotted 3 minor upkeep items and did them without even mentioning, changing quote or making a fuss. Also rescued a bird trapped in my stove flue pipe calmly and humanelyWouldn't hesitate to recommend, left fully cleaned (stove cleaner than it has been in years) with an insurance certificate and helpful advice going forward - highly recommended.

I had a clunking noise in my bedroom coming from my chimney after we had very high winds. This guy Arrived on time. I explained the problem. He quickly got on the roof and worked out it was the TV aerial banging against the chimney stack. Very helpful and professional. Many thanks.

Had our log burner since 2013 but this was the first time we'd had our chimney cleaned - shameful, but true. SAK Chimney Services (Steve) were quick, efficient and very clean. After the chimney had been `swept', it was recommended that we have an annual chimney clean, an additional carbon monoxide detector for the living room and we were left with a certificate on completion of the works. Would recommend.
