Hands down incompetent staff and a terrible digital solution that can't distinguish between primary and secondary email and sends private sensitive information to work email address, which was marked as secondary.

I paid IA insurance premiums for several years. I joined my car and home policies together. They seemed fine until I explained my out of province move. Because it's QC-centric and doesn't provide insurance in other provinces, they could not provide any peace of mind while my goods were in transit. I asked for help, and they just don't respond. Terrible organization. Pick a trans-Canadian insurer so that they don't leave you hanging if ever you must relocate.
