If you have an Apple product and are having any type of issue, Fabian at Baltech is your guy. He identified (easily) problems with both my iPhone and my MacBook and fixed them.He took my MacBook, which had been running on a half-an-hour boot time and upgraded into the new decade.I've enjoyed my computer for 13 years and now I can look forward to another several. Thanks Fabian and Baltech Electronics!

Brought my laptop here for upgrades! They helped me figure out what I needed and gave prompt service, I think it was same day once the parts came in! They also take in older electronics for repurposing, which is great since my old computers still work, just not for what I need it to do. It's really nice to have a place that cares about helping those in need, as well as keeping electronics out of the landfill.

Glad I found Baltech. My iPhone charger port was not working, thought I needed it replaced (which would have been fine), but Fabian was certain it just needed cleaning. In less than 10 minutes I was in and out with my phone fixed. I'm not even going to mention how little he charged me :-) Great service!!!!

Philippe is an honest and wonderful person. He'll tell you if it's worth doing a repair and he goes out of his way to make sure you get the best value. They also have Squamish' only Bitcoin machine with Vancouver rates.

These guys are just the best. So happy to have them in our community. They really went the extra mile to get some photos off a computer with a corrupt hard drive. 10/10 for service, skill and friendliness.

Amazing service! This is definitely the shop I will return to when needing something. I took my computer with cooling problems in the afternoon and the next day they ordered and install a new fan system plus verify that my old one was a known issue by its manufacturer in case I wanted to file a claim with them.Thanks again for the great service!

Charged my 86 yo mom $45 just to tell her that her cap lock was on, and this is why her passwords weren’t working. She dropped in during a quiet time, describing the place as completely dead. This took a few mins max. I can understand time is $, but to charge an elderly person for something so simple is downright ludicrous. Any other place would have said “don’t worry about it” , smiled and got on with their day. ( His response below is exaggerated & he clearly doubles down on his defence of milking a senior. What computer specialist would take 20mins to take cap lock off? )

Philippe really knows Apple products. He's a good and honest guy you can count on to give you an honest opinion and a fair repair. You can also drop off Fedex parcels for shipping and they have both a bitcoin and regular ATM
