Clean, quality vehicles, great drivers! Our issue was in the car service in NYC. The driver was not at the airport for arrival and we ended up waiting outside the airport for 15 to 30 min. The drive went well, but upon arrival at the hotel our driver did not open the doors for us and asked if my door was broken when i had waited for him to come to the door. I ended up getting out myself when I realized he was not coming and grabbing my luggage from the trunk of the vehicle. I feel I could have had the same experience hiring an Uber or Taxi service. Just not sure it was worth the extra $.Our driver on the way home was on time, polite and very courteous.
